Hello and welcome to this space.
My name is Maya and I'm going to be guiding you through this meditation today.
So this meditation is specifically supportive if you are an empath.
Sometimes as we move through the world as empaths,
We have this function in our energetic body where we will suck in the density or negative energy around us and we will transmute it through our body.
Now sometimes we pick this up as a habit when we're young because it helps us to feel safe in environments that may be a little chaotic or just a little bit energetically dense and it can serve its purpose for sure for a time.
But as you grow older and as you grow into your spiritual strength,
It's important to reclaim your energetic sovereignty to come back home to yourself.
So today we're going to move through a process to turn off that function and to step more fully into your power and into your strength.
All right.
So to begin,
I'll just invite you to get settled into your space.
Make sure that you're somewhere where you will not be disturbed and you feel safe to just relax and be with yourself for a few minutes.
And when you feel ready to do so,
You can gently rest your gaze somewhere on the horizon or close your eyes.
And just check in.
How does it feel to be landing with yourself in this moment?
You can become aware of the edges of your physical body.
Feel the weight of your arms resting on your thighs.
Feel the way that your spine rises up out of your sits bones.
From the base of your spine to the top of your head.
Feel how your body naturally takes up a certain amount of space without you even trying to be big or to be small.
This is your body.
This is simply as you are,
And there is nothing wrong with the form that you came in.
I'm going to invite you to bring your awareness and your attention down into the breath.
So this can be in the belly,
Or you may prefer to watch the rise and fall of your chest.
Just allowing the breath to be soft,
To be large and expansive.
Allowing your breath to take up space.
We're just going to let this breath be natural and fluid.
And really focus your attention on the rise and fall of your body.
As that breath comes in with your inhale.
And as you let it go with every exhale.
We're going to stay here for a few moments.
When thoughts come up as they are prone to do,
Just bring your attention back.
There is nothing you need to do with those thoughts in this moment.
Just steady your awareness on the breath.
Consistency of your inhales and your exhales.
There is nothing else you need to do right now.
Beautiful.
So now we're going to let go of the breath.
And I'm going to invite you to imagine that there is a light switch somewhere hovering just in front of you.
This light switch is currently turned on.
This is the function in your energetic body that pulls in density and negativity and transmutes it into light.
Regardless of whether this energetic information is yours or if it originated with someone else.
So very simply you are going to reach out and tap that light switch so that it's turned off.
Just for now,
Trust that if you need to turn that function back on you can do so.
I'm just going to feel the quiet of being purely in your energetic body.
That you are no longer taking in what is not yours.
So you're going to become aware of your aura.
The sphere of energy that sits around your body.
And you can just notice how it feels.
If it's cluttered or foggy.
If it feels constricted and small.
Or if your aura is willing to take up space.
You can notice if you feel or sense any weak points.
Any holes or tears in your energetic field.
Now with this awareness.
You're going to imagine that there is a vacuum that gets attached to your auric field.
And it's going to suck out anything that is not yours.
Just allow that energy to be pulled away from you.
Fogginess,
The density,
The fear or the shame.
We're going to intend that this energy that's getting sucked out of your field.
Just be returned to the light.
Let the energy of your field be cleared.
And let your wholeness be restored.
Once you feel complete.
You can just allow the vacuum to be removed from your field.
And seal up any holes or fractures in the edges of your aura.
You can imagine this warm white light washing over.
The sphere that is surrounding your body.
This is pure divine love.
And it is supporting you in returning to your wholeness.
Finally,
Just notice the shape and the size of your aura.
If it feels constricted.
We're going to gently ask that it allow itself to take up space.
You are allowed to be expansive.
And just allow the edges of your aura to expand.
To a circumference that feels good to you in this moment.
Feel the spaciousness of existing within your energy.
Cleansed,
Cleared,
And purified.
Sovereign and whole.
We're just going to allow a new encoding to be wrapped into your auric field.
That as you move through the world.
Regardless of the chaos and the pain that exists beyond you.
It is safe for you to exist in your own energy.
There is this question you can come back to.
Can I be with me?
Will I be with you?
Can I be with me?
Will I be with you?
You no longer need to abandon yourself.
In order to share your love with those you care about.
You do not need to take their pain into your body.
You do not need to leave your body in order to show them that you care.
You are safe to exist within yourself.
And from that place,
To offer compassion.
To offer support where you feel called to.
But never in abandonment of yourself.
Allowing yourself to exist fully in the presence of another.
Allowing this new encoding to be sealed into your auric field now.
Trusting that this healing can carry you forward into the rest of your day.
Into the rest of your week.
That you can continue to process any feelings that come up around this new change.
This new shift that you are stepping into.
Take a nice deep breath in through the nose.
And you can open your mouth and sigh it out.
Slowly,
We're going to let the visualization dissolve.
Until you find yourself back in the room where you began.
Feel your fingers,
Feel your toes.
Check in with how you're feeling on the other side of this meditation.
You can bring your hands together over your heart space.
And just thank yourself for showing up for you today.
For taking this time to reclaim your energetic sovereignty.
You can stay here for as long as you need to.
And when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
