Breathe and notice what is going on in your mind.
Maybe thoughts are racing.
Maybe you are calm.
However it is for you,
Do not judge it and do not judge yourself.
Do not judge your thoughts for fulfilling their purpose.
They are supposed to be there.
But just for now I invite you to gently bring your awareness to your breath as it goes in and out.
Let it calm you and be your guide.
Self-worth is the way we perceive ourselves,
What we think about ourselves and how we act towards ourselves.
How much do we love what we feel when we close our eyes?
How much do we cherish the beauty in us that is unseen but can only be felt?
Repeat silently in your mind the following affirmations.
