Welcome.
My name is Marchella and I have been practicing Buddhism for quite a while and it's been such a hopeful time in my life.
Each day when I sit in front of my altar and I recite Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,
I want to invite you to enjoy this experience.
And while doing so,
I also want to say you're affirming your own Buddha nature that exists within you.
Something that I really enjoy about chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo is the fact that it sparks within me a sense of hope,
A sense of connection between everything on this planet and in the universe.
Simply put,
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo means devotion to the mystical and universal law of cause and effect through the rhythm and sound and voice of a Buddha.
We each have that voice.
So join me.
Sit in a comfortable seated position,
Whether that's in a chair or sitting in your yoga space.
Your eyes are actively open and your palms are together in prayer position.
They can be on your heart center if you like.
And you can either listen in or you can recite it as well.
So let's begin.
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Bhoring de.

" Ho wing gay toe num,
You ho wing gay toe Nemesis is my own Ho wing gay toe num,
You ho wing gay toe Oh Thank you for joining me.
I hope you enjoyed this session.
And in the future when you are reciting and chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo,
Affirm your life.
Affirm how beautiful it is,
How powerful it is,
How far it's taken you.
And keep going,
Keep dreaming,
Keep striving.
Namaste.
