So now let's do our final guided meditation.

So this will be a guided meditation on listening.

So again,

If we find a comfortable posture,

The back is straight,

The shoulders are open.

And we feel as stable as a mountain,

At the same time as open as the ocean.

And then gently opening to sounds,

Opening to sound of the world,

To the music of life right now.

Each sound that arises can act as a bell of mindfulness,

Returning us to this experience in this moment.

Listening mindfully in a caring and careful way,

Still,

Collectivating being receptive to the music of life.

Being aware that sounds arise and pass away.

Goodness and kindness.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

It is mostly an impersonal process.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

If a sound continues,

Looking deeply into the sound,

Experiencing how it changes within itself.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Again in the foreground,

We listen mindfully to the sounds,

We are anchoring in the sounds.

And in the background,

We have thought,

Feelings,

Sensations arising and passing away.

And again and again we come back to listening mindfully.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

And if at times there is some silence,

Just listening to the silence,

Resting in the silence.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

Sounds arise out of certain conditions and disappear upon other conditions.

So many comments about meditation mention how distracting background noise is and this meditation helps you deal with them and helps use them to your advantage. Thank you.
