Welcome to this guided meditation for clearing,
Cleansing and protection.
Bring your awareness to your breathing.
Allow your breathing to become a little deeper and a little slower.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment and within your body and being.
The space around you is being filled by beautiful white golden light of source.
It fills the entire space around you.
The walls,
The ceiling,
The floor,
The doors and the windows.
Or creates a beautiful sphere around you should you be outside.
This light holds you in a beautiful and safe space so that only the energies that are to your highest benefit may enter.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Now imagine breathing in the earth's energy through the bottom of your body.
Breathing in through the earth,
Allowing her nourishing beautiful energy to flow into your body and being to fill you,
To hold you and to help you ground.
Breathe in through the earth into your body and imagine releasing your breath through your crown at the top of your head,
Allowing your crown to gently open.
Now imagine breathing in through your crown through the top of your head and then breathe out through the bottom of your body into the earth.
Now imagine drawing in your breath through your crown and through the bottom of your body through the earth simultaneously and breathe out through your heart space into all directions,
Allowing your heart to open gently.
Allow yourself to be open and receptive as you are held in this beautiful space of light.
And so the silver violet ray begins to flow into your space.
The silver light combined with the violet flame and this beautiful,
Powerful cleansing light moves into your channel through the top of your head.
Flows down through your entire body into the earth.
And this pillar of silver violet light now begins to expand from within you into all directions,
Holding your body in the light of the silver violet ray.
And this powerful light begins to cleanse you on your physical level,
Begins to move through your body,
Through your cells,
Your bloodstream,
Your organs,
Your bones,
All levels of your physical body.
It clears out anything stagnant,
Any energies that are stuck,
Any lower vibrations that don't serve you.
Allow this light to clear you on the physical level.
And as you breathe out,
Release your breath into the earth,
Releasing anything dense or heavy,
Anything of a lower vibration.
Trust that this light,
This transmission,
Clears and cleanses everything that is ready to be cleared today in this moment.
So breathe in the light of the silver violet ray and breathe out into the earth.
I release everything of a lower vibration.
I release all energies that I've picked up from others or the collective.
I release anything dense or heavy that doesn't belong to me.
I let go of everything that is ready to be cleansed today in this moment.
So the light clears your physical body,
Clears and cleanses on the deepest level possible.
And the clearing in your physical body continues as the pillar of silver violet light expands around you,
Moving into your emotional body,
Into the non-physical part of you.
The light begins to move into the depth of this level of your being and again begins to clear anything that you've picked up from others or the collective that may be weighing you down.
Anything of a lower vibration that is ready to be cleared today.
The beautiful silver violet flame moves through your emotional body,
Clears and cleanses on the deepest level possible.
And again,
Keep breathing out into the earth,
Keep releasing.
Surrender to this light and trust that it knows where to go and what to do.
And as the light keeps moving through your physical and emotional body,
The silver violet light reaches out even further,
Moving into your mental body.
The light flows deep into this level of your being,
Clears and cleanses everything that is ready to be cleared today.
Clears anything that you may have picked up from others or the collective that is stuck in this level of your being.
Begins to move the energies here as well.
And keep breathing out through your body into the earth,
Keep releasing.
And the light moves out even further into your spiritual body,
Begins to move into it as deeply as possible today.
Begins to clear and cleanse everything that is ready to be let go of today.
Clearing out dense energies that you may have picked up from others or the collective.
Your body and all levels of your being are being cleansed.
The silver violet light moves through you,
Clearing deeply.
There is much going on in the collective at the moment.
Just allow yourself to release everything that doesn't belong to you.
Lower vibrations,
Emotions,
Anything at all.
Allow the light to cleanse it,
To clear it and breathe it out into the earth.
The earth takes it as nourishment and transforms all of it.
Keep breathing deeply as the cleansing and clearing continues.
And so let us now call upon layers of light,
Of vibration,
Of codes.
Layers of protection and nourishment for your body and your being.
And so ask your team and spirit to create a sphere of light around you with a color or colors that serve you most in this moment.
Maybe embedded symbols or crystalline structures.
And it doesn't matter if you see what it is or not.
Trust that just by placing the intention,
The right layer of light,
The right sphere of protection and nourishment is being put into place for you.
Maybe you see the layer of light.
Maybe you see details.
Maybe it's a feeling.
Trust that it's there and breathe into it,
Allowing it to slowly take shape.
All around you.
This sphere around you contains the light that serves you most in this moment.
Carrying codes of light,
Healing and protection specifically for you.
And so feel yourself being held in this beautiful sphere of light.
And around that layer,
A beautiful sphere of the white golden light takes shape.
The light of source,
The light of the great central sun.
The pure protective white light.
Only the energies that are to your highest benefit enter through this beautiful sphere of white golden light.
And around this layer,
One more layer appears.
A layer of golden rainbow light.
Again,
The beautiful light of source of the great central sun,
Together with the light of the rainbow,
Bringing balance and harmony to you.
Creating a bridge to the unseen.
And so just feel yourself being held in these three layers of light.
The more grounded we are,
The clearer our physical and non-physical bodies are.
The more connected we are to ourselves and all that is.
The more we can truly be ourselves,
The more centered we feel.
And the easier it gets to step out into this world as we are.
The silver violet light slowly begins to fade.
The layers of light and codes around you are anchored into your space.
And you can come back to this meditation anytime you feel you want to clear your body and your being and reactivate these protective and nourishing layers around you.
And so take another few deep breaths,
Slowly coming back to this time and place.
Breathing yourself fully into your body.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
