Find a comfortable seat for your body.
Paying extra attention to the comfort of your neck and your lower back.
Take this time for you.
You've been rushing,
You've been moving,
You've been thinking,
You've been striving.
Pull that energy from outward to inward,
To settle,
Bringing your mind to this moment,
To this breath,
Settling in and settling down,
Breathing in deeply with every inhale and exhaling completely with every breath to calm and settle,
Is to love,
To take care,
Is to love,
To take time,
Is to love,
To make space for yourself,
Is to love yourself,
Space to love you,
Right here,
Right now.
As we prepare to move out of this shared space,
Let's breathe together,
Breathing in and exhaling slowly,
