Let go of any anticipation you may have from today's meditation.
And see if you can just tune into the sense of being.
Not being something not being someone.
But just the sense of being.
The sense of your pure self.
The idea behind any meditation or prayer for that is to be.
And feel The Presence that you essentially are.
The sense of being.
The sense of knowing.
So feel free to close your eyes if you haven't already.
And let go of any sense of anticipation as to what's next.
And see how it feels like sitting without sense of anticipation,
Sense of what's next.
Generally speaking,
Our mind.
Is constantly looking for stimulation.
As to what's next,
What's around the corner.
What's new?
And not very subtle.
Impulse.
Also accompanies you as you close your eyes and start meditating.
With practice,
You will be able to recognize that impulse.
And pacified.
So let's go.
Let go of that last thought.
And see that you are.
See that before anything is known,
Felt,
Experienced,
You are.
That has never been the case that you are not.
You always are.
That sense of being.
Is the focus of meditation today.
And exploring the nature of that sense of being.
Is equally essential.
So see that as you sit like this,
Already your body has relaxed.
And if there is any part of your body that needs relaxing,
Resting,
Adjusting,
Feel free to do that.
But make nothing of that.
Make nothing of any physical sensation.
That will arise in your awareness.
It can't disrupt your meditation.
It can't disrupt your sense of being.
Remember the meditation is recognizing your essential sense of being,
And exploring the nature of it.
So,
By definition,
Any thought,
Emotion,
Bodily sensation doesn't disrupt.
The sense of being.
It is because that you are,
You feel those sensations,
Thoughts and emotions.
So from that vantage point,
Your meditation now begins.
Situate yourself.
See the world from this perspective that you are the Presence.
9 and being.
Hence the word awareness.
Aware means knowing.
Nes means being.
You are Awareness.
To smile.
And recognize that essentially all your experiences are because you are Awareness.
All your experiences are here.
Unknowable,
Because you.

.
Are the awareness.
Because you are here.
And because you know.
Make it very clear from the get-go.
There is no other self-definition.
You are going to cling to.

At least for the duration of this meditation.
So continue to smile.
As you.
Recognize.
And pay respect.
Do this.
Miracle of being aware.
Of being the awareness.
None of us remember.
Requesting for being awareness.
Asking for being awareness.
This.
We are all given.
Equally.
These.
Is what we share equally.
This is the most fairest.
Of all.
Shared equally.
To all the beings.
So smile.
And continue.
To see yourself.
As this awareness.
Continue to abide as awareness.
And see that your breath is already responding to this.
Is come deeper.
And see that all your senses are still working,
Functioning.
Without any.
Need to control them.
Without any need to manage anything.
You are.

In all your glory.
With the light of awareness.
Shines bright.
Without any effort whatsoever needed from your side.
You do not need to establish that you are awareness.
You are Hearing these words,
You know that you are that knowing that sense of being.
Is your first Experience your first knowledge.
And because it's before everything,
All your experiences.
It is always taken for granted.
It's like this zero.
Though all the numbers start from zero,
We never count zero.
When we start counting,
We start from 1,
2 and 3.
And so on,
But never to zero.
Meditation is being.
And recognizing.
The starting point.
So smile.
And do not delay.
Recognizing.
Your sense of being.
And as you see,
Has awareness.
All the benefits of meditation.
Flow to you.
Effortlessly.
You do not need to do anything.
You do not need to induce parasympathetic nervous system or activate vagus nerve.
Because they are already.
Activated.
As you see.
As just this being.
But as you know,
You have full freedom.
To be something else.
On top of this.
And this freedom comes with the price.
As soon as you become something,
You mow away from this zero.
So be nothing.
Be nothing special.
Be justice.
The most intimate.
Knowing of yourself.
Without any layers.
Of identification.
Before you are mother.
Right there.
Or any relationship You are this.
Before.
You are any profession.
Lawyer,
Doctor.
Plummer you are this.
And as you.
.
.
Explore your experience as this.
You can't even find your identification as gender.
Before you are any gender,
You are this.
So let go of any sense of identification.
And show courage.
To just abide as awareness.
Continue to breathe in and out naturally.
Continue to smile.
And pay respect.
To this knowing,
Understanding.
Yourself.
As the light of awareness.
Do not go and find where this awareness is.
Do not try to create.
An outline of this awareness.
Do not assign any shape.
Or do you want a colorless color to it?
Just like your eyes can't see your eyes.
The awareness cannot see.
Itself as an object.
For your eyes to see something,
There needs to be distance between the object and your eyes.
And for that reason because there is no distance between awareness and awareness.
Awareness cannot see itself as an object.
It's a sense of recognition.
It is not seeing an object as awareness.
So continue to smile as you continue to recognize.
Your most intimate definition.
And see that meditation is taking place.
As soon as you touch.
As soon as you become.
As soon as you abide as this.
You Experience the sense of joy.
And peace.
Like to fragrances.
From one flower.
So much so that this sense of joy and peace.
Are synonymous.
Being aware.
Being aware of being aware.
And as soon as you were there,
The sense of joy.
And a sense of peace.
Just presents themselves to you.
As you.
Not as two separate things,
Joy.
Peace.
But just as one.
So continue to smile.
And continue to Enjoy.
What is beautifully represented in this phrase called Satya.
Amen.
Sat means reality.
The truth.
Citt means knowing.
The awareness.
And Anand means the joy.
Nipis.
Knowing,
Truth of yourself.
Is joy.
Itself.
Anand.

The truth of yourself.
Peace.
The purest joy.
Continue to smile as you respectfully abide.
Full of love.
Or rather as love.
As this peaceful presence,
Joyful self.
Nothing less.
And nothing more.
Just this.
And see how.
The sense of peace,
The joy,
And a gentle smile.
Accompanies your recognition.
Did you notice?
That you did not need.
To effort.
For decades,
For years,
For months.
To recognize this simple truth.
That no scaffolding was needed.
For you.
To jump straight.
To recognizing yourself.
As the presence of awareness.
But there are pathways that exist.
And ask you to cleanse yourself first.
So that you can recognize yourself as awareness more clearly.
More readily when the time is right in some distant future.
But as long as you understand my words,
The language that is.

You understand.
I am this awareness.
Once you recognize that you are this awareness,
We can write.
Theories about this recognition.
And theories are words and words are objects.
When we use objects to describe something that is objectless,
Something that is pure sense of self.
The duality comes.
The separateness,
The separate object,
Explaining the subject.
Will make.
Errors.
It can never be complete.
It can never truthfully create the model of reality.
Hence the differences.
Differences between your explanation and my explanation.
The disagreements between saints.
And religions.
Whereas,
Very guiding principle.
Of all religion was very simple recognition.
Of yourself.
As this light of awareness.
And once you know this,
You read the scripture you like.
From the Light.
From the vantage point of this awareness,
All of them makes perfect sense.
Rather they cunt from what you know.
So know yourself as this light of awareness.
And then venture.
Out.
See things from this vantage point.
Live life!
From this perspective.
Show courage.
To let go of all self-definitions.
Essentially,
Just be this.
Abide as this.
And recognize yourself as this.
And as you do that,
You would invariably also recognize that all other beings are also just this.
Then you do not have to induce compassion from outside.
You become compassionate.
Because how can you?
Be cruel.
To your own self.
To this awareness that you are is the same awareness that the other,
A so-called other,
Is.
Dissolution of otherness is the basis of love.
After all,
Love.
Is the very definition of being one with someone.
To the dissolution of otherness.
Is the experience of love.
So when this knowing of you as self and other as self.
Becomes evident in your interactions with others.
You call it love.
That essentially it is living life from this vantage point.
So continue to smile.
As you become more and more familiar with the Self.
You have overlooked in preference.
For all the objects.
Of this world full of objects.
Continue to smile.
And C.
That your awareness is listening to these words.
That without any effort,
Awareness knows.
Detects The meaning.
Of these words.
It also knows if there are any thoughts that are doubting this.
That are making its own commentary on site.
They are also known.
And this knowing of all your experiences is your proof.
That awareness always is.
Continue to smile.
And continue to pay respect.
To this recognition and see how You do not need my words.
To abide as awareness.
See how the gaps between your two thoughts has already widened.
That you recognize.
This gap.
As clear representation.
Just abiding as awareness.
That the gap between your two thoughts gives you the space and time.
This clear recognition is clear perception.
Yourself as awareness,
Not as an object.
Not as a colorless space.
But just that innate knowing.
There is always gaps between two thoughts,
Two emotions,
Two bodily sensations,
Two perceptions.
By definition.
But because they occur so rapidly,
Did you miss the gap?
But in sitting like this,
The gaps become sufficiently Ryder?
For you.
To recognize.
That you are this gap.
Filling all the spaces between two thoughts and emotions.
Bodily sensations.
Giving you the illusion of continuity between thoughts and emotions and sensations that you felt.
That there was nothing else to your experience than shapes and colours and storylines.
But it is essentially because you,
The awareness,
Filling all the gaps.
That the sense of continuity pervaded.
All your experiences.
Hidden in plain sight.
Your truest definition – Awareness.
Continue to smile.
And continue to recognize.
