Hello beautiful soul and welcome,

I'm Julie Lewin,

Founder of the Arakira Self Healing Modality and your guide today for a unique journey into the wisdom of the Arakira Celestial Guidance Cards.

Today we delve into the message of the physical card.

This card invites you to truly engage in the physical experience of life.

Your physical body is a magnificent vehicle and regular physical activity is essential to keep the energy flowing through it.

It's not just about formal exercise,

There's a myriad of everyday activities that can keep your body supple and your energy circulating.

Think about gardening and cleaning your home,

Taking a mindful walk,

Dancing freely or engaging in any sport you enjoy.

All these are powerful ways of moving energy through your body.

It's particularly important to move your body when you feel stuck in your life.

If you don't engage in movement,

The stagnant energy causing that blockage can't move either and this can unfortunately degenerate into a downward spiral of despair,

A loss of hope and a sense of failure.

It truly doesn't matter what specific action you take,

The crucial key is that you take some sort of physical action to create an energy shift.

And when you find yourself feeling stuck,

One of the most effective ways to shift that blockage is to clean or declutter and reorganize your physical surroundings.

Now let's move into a powerful exercise from this card to invigorate your physical body and energy.

I invite you to find some stairs and this could be stairs in your home,

At a park or anywhere safe and accessible.

Your task is to walk up and down these stairs as many times as you comfortably can each day.

As you continue this practice,

Progressively increase the amount of times you climb the stairs each day.

This simple yet profound physical activity will greatly increase your aerobic capacity,

Contributing significantly to your overall well-being.

As an added bonus,

It can even help you sleep better at night,

Which is especially beneficial if you suffer from insomnia.

Feel the energy move with each step,

Invigorating every cell of your being.

Now if you are unable to walk up and down stairs,

You may be in a wheelchair or you may be confined to bed.

The next best thing is to visualize that this is what you are doing,

Because your body will respond to the visualization,

Your cells will respond to the visualization.

I'll give you a minute now to consider where you will do this exercise,

Will you do it physically or in your imagination,

If you can't physically do it.

So continue to feel that revitalized energy within you,

Remember actively engaging your physical body is a direct path to energetic flow,

Mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Return to this exercise whenever you feel stuck or simply need an energetic boost.
