Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
When you're ready close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Just being present with yourself,
Just feeling your breath.
And on each out breath I invite you to release any tension,
Any negativity,
Any heaviness.
And on the in breath breathe in the energy that is around you,
The life force that is surrounding you.
Giving ourselves the opportunity now to regulate our nervous system and to center as best as we can.
And so let's call forth our spiritual team to send a healing powerful light above us now.
And so visualize a beautiful celestial white light shine above you and surround you.
This is a powerful cleansing healing energy that uplifts your frequency and releases any toxicity and any negativity.
Allowing you also to connect immediately with your spiritual team and receive healing and guidance at this time.
And so feeling lighter,
Feeling more present and beginning to feel the healing effects of this energy.
Today we are going to surrender something to our spiritual team giving them full permission to help us so that they can take charge.
This could be an issue,
A problem that you're dealing with or a project or a manifestation.
And so whatever this may be begin to think about it and call it forth in your mind.
Allowing yourself fully to trust your spiritual team to take care of this,
To help you along the way.
And so when you find it place it in your heart whether it's a worry or a manifestation.
Take a moment to connect to the emotions and the feelings that are connected to it.
Give it an image,
A symbol or a shape and connect to the frequency of it,
Whatever it looks like to you,
Feels like.
And now declare,
Dear Spiritual Team,
Today I surrender this to you.
I give my full trust,
My full blessing and I invite you to take care of this for me.
I invite your guidance,
Your wisdom and your blessings as well as your miracles.
In my heart I fully trust you and thank you.
And so when you're ready focus on your heart and bring your hand above your heart.
I now surrender this and so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
And when you're ready rest your hand and now see that beautiful white light that is surrounding you channel its energy into your heart.
Merging into your heart and surrounding itself around the image,
The energy.
And gently and slowly your spiritual team will take that energy.
Feel it gently and lovingly being taken and being removed from your heart.
And now inviting the energy of gratitude,
Thanking your spiritual team,
Thanking them for this beautiful gift and blessing.
Immediately feeling a sense of relief,
Release and trust.
And now take a moment to visualize what you would like to manifest throughout this intention.
Whether it is a problem that you want to be healed and fixed or whether it is a manifestation that manifests in your life.
And so visualize what you would like the outcome to be but also surrendering at the same time any expectation.
What we are really doing here is inviting and awakening the emotions that we would like to feel.
So allow your imagination now to take over.
I now also invite your spiritual team to send you visuals and messages and information.
So all you have to do is be quiet and listen and feel and above all receive.
And open your heart now to receive this blessing,
This visual and this message.
Allowing yourself to be abundant in this moment.
Allowing your intuition to align.
And now we say I am open and receptive to your blessing,
To your love,
To your guidance and to miracles.

The healing,
The manifestation and the blessing is now complete.
And so when you're ready now beginning to bring your awareness back to your body,
Back to the space that you're in gently and slowly.
There is no rush but when it feels right you can begin to return.
