Hello everyone and welcome. Whenever you're ready close your eyes, Get yourself in a comfortable position and begin to follow your breath in and out. Diving deep into yourself, Deep into your subconscious and just releasing any expectations. Today we are allowing ourselves to release, To let go and to detox the body, The mind, The spirit, The energies that are within and without. Clearing out all of the channels so that we can align with our highest and greatest self, Our purpose, Our mission, Who we are. And so just following the breath in and out, Letting go, Surrendering more and more. Claiming this moment, Claiming your energy, Claiming the power that lives within you and of course aligning the energies today to help you. Begin to imagine yourself in your highest and greatest power, Aligned with your highest energy and potential. Who are you? I invite you to rediscover yourself today, Reconnect with your truth. Surrendering all limitations, Surrendering everything and all that is in the way. And so calling down that energy from above, Calling down the energy from spirit and seeing it as a light shine above you and surrounding your body. An immediate awakening, An immediate connection, An immediate energetic upgrade. We invite this light to wash away anything and all that is holding us back, Any lower energies, Entities and frequencies that may be within and around us. We take it even further to release timelines and attachments and karma. We powerfully and aligned call this now. And whatever you see, Whatever you feel, Just trust, Just allow yourself to dive even deeper into your imagination. The energies around you begin to move in a circular motion now, Creating an energy vortex around you, Surrounding you. And you can see energies from your body, From your energy field beginning to move up into the sky as if negativity and toxicity and anything at all is being gently removed and released. Purifying you. And now bringing your attention and your focus to your feet, Pulling down your own energy into the ground, Down, Down, Down and connecting to Mother Earth, To her core, To her heart, To her womb. And like the roots of a tree, Your energy spreads and enters, Connects and becomes one with her. And just taking this moment of stillness as you begin to ground yourself. And now calling in your intention for this meditation, What are you desiring? What are you trying to manifest and activate within your existence in this reality? What does your heart desire? What is your spirit desiring to align with and co-create with this universe? Today, We invite Mother Earth to assist us in this co-creation. We invite her energy, Her blessings, Her frequency, Her light. Allow us to make this seed grow within us, Within this world, So that we can walk the path in this vision, In this frequency, In this reality. And beginning to see her core beginning to get brighter and brighter and feeding energy up through your energetic cord into you, Into your body. Beginning to feel the power of her energy enter you, Awaken you and activate you. And however you see this energy and however you feel it, Just trust, Allow waves of frequency, Colors and emotions to wash over you. Just dive into it without resistance, Dive into it without any restrictions and feel her light, Her love, Activate this seed, This intention, This desire, Amplifying its power, Amplifying its frequency. And now seeing yourself glowing in her light, In her energy, And your whole body now is pulsating in this frequency. Cause and effect this energy that you are now is rippling out into the world, Influencing and affecting everything and everyone around you. And that light above now is also reading and receiving this new frequency. It stops moving in that circular motion and amplifies this, Aligning with it as well. Creating a powerful co-creation between above and below, So within, So without. In this activation now we declare that this is our truth, Our path, Our existence. We awaken the gifts that are within us so that we can share these gifts with others and this world. Today I declare the most powerful energies to help me, To guide me and to awaken me. In this truth, In this light, We are and thank you. And now just taking a moment to listen. Is there a message? Is there something that you need to become aware of? Beautiful. And now it's time to call back your energy from mother earth, Pulling back that energetic cord back to your body. Taking a moment of gratitude for the light above as it gently fades away. And you now can begin to slowly, Slowly return back to your body, Back to the present moment. Returning back to the breath, Back to the beginning, Deep breath in and deep breath out. And if you like, You can begin to expand your awareness back out, Becoming aware of your surroundings. There is nothing to do now but to just enjoy your day. When it feels right, Beginning to wiggle your toes and your fingers and open your eyes.
