Hello,
It's time for our daily affirmations,
Inspiration,
And mindful journaling prompt.
Today we're on inspiration 329.
I am open to new things,
People,
And experiences.
You know that life is an adventure and that there is always something new to discover and learn.
You embrace change and welcome new opportunities,
Knowing that they can bring growth and transformation into your life.
You are open-minded and curious and you seek out diverse perspectives and experiences.
You know that stepping outside of your comfort zone can be scary,
But you know that it is necessary for personal growth and development.
You approach life with a sense of wonder and awe and you are constantly amazed by the beauty and complexity of the world around you.
Complexity.
I like that word.
Yes,
I know I wrote it,
But I like it in this context because that's one of the great things about learning new things is that it's layers upon layers upon layers and I love that we find out new things about things that maybe we didn't think we knew everything,
But things that we knew a lot of have other things attached to them.
I'm trying to think of an example.
It's like when I learn a new way to do some kind of marketing that I hadn't thought of before and somebody says poof,
For example.
Like taking my content from my book,
Which is 365 days,
And creating something new with it.
Taking it beyond where it was.
That's another layer.
It makes it richer,
More interesting,
And I'm not specifically talking about what I'm doing here.
I'm talking about in general.
Life becomes richer and more interesting as we experience it and dive into the things that perhaps we didn't expect to find.
Didn't know I was going there today.
Your prompt for today is,

And I'm looking at this and I'm thinking,

This was the prompt that popped up on Monday in my live journaling session on Insight Timer.
I'm gonna tell you,

And fascinatingly enough,
Yesterday I was in a group coaching call and this question came up again.
I guess this is what I need to hear this week personally too.
We all had to talk about what we were resistant to changing in our lives and I thought of something but it didn't,
Well it wasn't the thing.
It turned out that it was completely something else and it was great to talk through that with the group.
I think that's what I love about group calls.
