When life is loud,
It's hard to hear yourself.
Advice comes fast,
Opinions stack up,
And expectations creep in.
And somewhere in all of that,
Your own voice can start to feel faint.
I know this feeling well.
There have been times when I looked outside myself for clarity,
Not because I lacked wisdom,
But because I doubted my right to trust it.
This is a common experience.
What I'm learning is that intuition is not loud,
At least not for me.
It doesn't shout or demand.
It does not rush.
It speaks in steadiness,
In resonance,
In a quiet sense of yes or no that lives in the body before it forms words.
For me,
Learning to trust my inner voice has meant slowing down enough to notice how something feels rather than how it looks.
It has meant asking,
Does this expand me or contract me?
Does this bring relief or tension?
Those cues have become more reliable than logic alone.
Trusting your inner voice does not mean ignoring others.
It means not abandoning yourself in the process.
You can listen.
You can consider and still choose what feels true for you.
So I ask you,
Where have you already felt the answer but talked yourself out of it?
You don't need to act on it right now.
Just notice.
And if you notice something,
Let me know in the comments.
Your inner voice that you are learning to trust has been with you the whole time.
It doesn't need to be louder.
It needs you to be more present.
When you learn to listen from that place,
Decisions become less about certainty and more about alignment.
