Welcome Yogis to Meditation Haven.
My name is Sonia and I'm honoured to be your guide throughout this Yoga Nidra journey,
Focusing on the throat chakra known as Vishuddha in ancient Sanskrit.
This short and peaceful practice is part of the Yoga Nidra 7 in 7 chakra collection.
Just rest back and rejuvenate here.
Stretch out in Shavasana or in any position which you feel rejuvenates your physical form.
Simply close your eyes when it feels good for you.
Bring the far reaches of your awareness,
The subtle mind,
To focus in on an intention or in yoga,
A sankalpa.
Think of a goal or deep resolve you harbour and wish to bring to life.
Feel into the throat chakra as you do this,
Communicating your sankalpa with the light of your throat chakra straight to the divine.
And now let it go.
Wonderful.
Now breathing in and out with so much space,
Filling the cavity of your lungs.
As you exhale,
Send all worries,
Tensions,
Inhibitions and negativity down and away through your feet.
Begin nourishing deep breaths and allow your exhalations to then flow out,
Down and away through your feet.
Relaxing you deeper into this yogic healing journey.
That's brilliant.
The Vishuddha traditionally glows with blue energy.
You may imagine now a soft blue light energy glowing gently around your throat.
This pure source energy now helps your Vishuddha to spin with pure ease in cycles of flowing,
Abundant,
Beautiful,
Healing blue light energy.
Nurturing your ability to communicate effectively with others,
With ease,
Safety and freedom.
Strengthening your creative talents and your brilliantly unique expression.
Surrendering your inner peacefulness with who you are,
Dear soul.
So let us now continue fully in this sacred yogic tradition by allowing the guiding inner mind to gradually focus a little more into this present.
Orienting you into your present state of being.
Taking this time for your own self-love,
Self-care and self-actualisation.
You may simply observe with your mind's eye the body continually relaxing into its ideal rejuvenation in the peaceful tradition of the sacred yogis,
Of the wise yogis.
Relaxing deeply now through the head and neck.
Face and jaw.
Melting back into rest.
The throat and all muscles inside and around the throat just relaxing completely.
The muscles of the chest soothing down as you breathe.
The muscles of the back sinking down now too.
Arms and hands relaxing.
Abdomen letting go here too.
The muscles of the thighs,
Calves and feet tingling and flowing with pure prana.
Unwinding here in all of this space.
Beautiful.
You are filled to the brim with light energy of your Vishuddha chakra.
Glowing and radiating with your truth.
Your voice.
Your flare.
Your wisdom.
Your integrity.
Ever flowing to you and through you now and always.
Because you are enough and you are infinitely worthy and deserving of the very best in this life.
Simply enjoy this healing state of alchemy,
Of rejuvenation in your perfectly aligned auric field.
As this practice of yoga nidra now draws to a close you may bring your awareness back into the space around you.
And when you are ready gently open your eyes.
Feeling this divine communication resonating throughout your throat chakra and every layer of your being.
