Chakra Healing Meditation With The Archangels

Hello,

Everyone.

I wanted to introduce you to my angel chakra meditation that I created.

I really hope you're going to enjoy it.

You're going to experience healing with this CD,

Chakra balancing as it takes you through the chakra systems.

And of course,

It calls in an angel to every one of your energy centers.

So it offers also some intuitive awareness there for you.

So it really is a way to sit back,

Relax,

Let the angels take over and become connected to your higher self at the same time.

Welcome to the chakra healing meditation with the Archangels.

Sitting back in a comfortable position with your feet on the floor,

Palms up,

Open and ready to receive and your eyes closed.

Imagine a wire pulling you straight up from the top of your head.

We are going to take several deep breaths.

And as you inhale,

Imagine a golden white light coming into your body through your nose and a gray fine mist exiting your mouth.

The gray mist representing all excess energy we no longer need to hold on to.

So let's begin.

Taking a deep breath in and a big breath out.

Two more times.

Deep breath in.

Big breath out.

And one more time.

A deep breath in.

A big breath out.

Now breathe in comfortably.

And as you breathe in,

Visualize each breath coming into your body like a stream of golden white light.

This light touches and fills your every cell,

Organ and muscle in your body.

With every breath you feel invigorated.

And as you exhale,

Imagine the gray mist exiting the body.

This mist represents any excess energy,

Anxiety,

Fear and nervousness that you may have.

Now visualize that you are looking out of your body from the middle of your forehead right behind the brow.

This is your third eye center.

Visualizing three cords,

One is tied to the base of your spine and the other two are connected to each ankle.

See the cords going straight down to the center of the earth.

And now imagine three big rocks at the center of mother earth and tie a cord to each rock.

Concentrate on moving any excess energy in your body down to these cords into mother earth.

At the same time,

Feel the energy of mother earth traveling up the cords,

Healing you and anchoring you to earth.

You are now grounded and centered.

And now we see a beautiful white light coming up through the soles of our feet.

A beautiful,

Protective,

Healing white light wrapped around our ankles like a ribbon going around our calves,

Our legs,

Our thighs,

Stomach,

Arms,

Chest,

Shoulders and up to the tops of our heads,

Our crown chakra.

Feel this protective white light surrounding you with love and all that it is for our highest and greatest good.

You are protected.

So let's begin.

In a rainbow shower,

All the colors of the rainbow coming down into the tops of our heads,

Coming down to our crown chakra.

We see a beautiful violet light illuminating the tops of our head.

The crown chakra is the portal through which the life force energy enters in.

We see this violet light spinning clockwise at its own vibration.

Spinning,

Opening,

Spinning.

Showing us all aspects of ourselves,

Physical,

Mental and emotional.

When this chakra is open,

We receive the highest level of consciousness.

We feel blissful with inner peace.

And we ask Archangel Sandophan to open and restore balance and to bring us to perfect health now.

To find awareness and understanding to all our connections with all living things.

And we affirm,

I am content in the knowledge we are all one.

The oneness of all creation.

I have unlimited potential in the knowledge that all knowledge is available to me.

I merge with the oneness of God and all creation.

We give thanks to Archangel Sandophan for his help in guiding us in our daily lives.

And the rainbow continues down to our foreheads,

To our third eye chakra,

Where the conscious meets the unconscious,

Where our imagination and inner sight reside.

We see an indigo light shining brightly and spinning,

Opening,

Spinning at its own vibration.

Here we call in Archangel Haniel.

To help us to awaken our spiritual gifts of intuition and clairvoyance.

And we ask Archangel Haniel to help us trust these spiritual gifts.

Let our intuitive skills be open and our perception to increase.

To help us release the old by supporting our emotional and physical health and that we may be guided from the highest power.

And we affirm,

I am the creator of my own world.

I create my own reality using my inner senses.

And we thank Archangel Haniel for helping us to achieve our heightened awareness so we know we are being guided at all times.

And the rainbow of light continues to the center of our throat,

Our throat chakra.

We see a light blue ray of light spinning,

Opening,

Spinning.

Opening up our abilities to pick up the thoughts of others.

To communicate and to speak our truth.

With this chakra in balance,

We are considerate and thoughtful with all our communications and how they affect those around us.

We call in Archangel Gabriel who helps with delivering important and clear messages while also helping those who are the messengers.

And we ask Archangel Gabriel to send back any energy that is holding us back from meaningful communications with whom we love and those who we have come into contact with.

And we affirm,

I am free to express myself with love and joy.

I give voice to my feelings and communicate with clarity and openness.

And we give thanks to Archangel Gabriel for ease of difficulties in speaking our truth and the ability to express ourselves with peace.

And the rainbow continues to our heart chakra in the center of our chest.

We see an emerald green light shining brightly,

Spinning,

Opening,

Spinning.

And we call in Archangel Raphael,

The healer of all people.

And when this chakra is open,

We are motivated by kind acts of selflessness.

We have compassion for ourselves and all others.

Our hearts are full of love and understanding.

We ask Archangel Raphael to take away any hurt feelings,

Disappointments,

And sadness that we may be holding on to.

All love is a state of being for when we love unconditionally,

We are loved unconditionally.

And we affirm,

I have the courage to love.

I create my world.

And we thank Archangel Raphael because love is to be shared,

Not kept for ourselves,

But to be given away.

And now the rainbow of light continues to the top of our stomachs,

Our solar plexus.

This is a bright yellow,

The color of the sun,

Spinning,

Opening,

Spinning.

When our solar plexus is opened and balanced,

We feel our personal power and our sense of our place in the world.

We feel confident and believe in ourselves.

Our self-esteem is where it needs to be.

We are centered.

We accept the responsibilities of our actions.

We call in Archangel Jophiel,

Who specializes in uplifting our thoughts and feelings to help us open and maintain the health of this chakra so that we may feel our best.

In our solar plexus,

We feel our gut instincts to guide us and clear our thoughts and to help us have confidence.

And we affirm,

I am at peace with myself and my surroundings.

I am energized by the light and the heat of the sun.

I am in harmony with the world.

And we thank Archangel Jophiel for uplifting our thoughts and feelings and cleaning clutter out of our lives and beautifying everything around us.

And the light continues to our lower stomach,

Our sacral chakra,

Where a bright orange ball of light is spinning,

Opening,

Spinning.

And when this chakra is in balance,

We are able to enjoy a free flow of energy that will be manifested as vitality.

You will be passionate and creative.

This chakra holds all the pleasures of life.

We call to Archangel Metatron.

We ask him to step forward to help us release stress and blocks in our lives that prevent enjoyment.

And when this chakra is open,

We feel alive and happy.

We feel desires and pleasures of life.

Archangel Metatron is the angel that brings forth the message of who we are to become.

We ask to see the beauty in the people and things around us.

And we affirm,

I take delight in my own creative abilities and passions.

I love to give and receive love freely.

I enjoy.

We thank Archangel Metatron for calling to our attention our life's purpose and helping us to see the beauty that is in our world.

And we go down to the base of our spine,

Our root chakra.

We see a red ball of light glowing brightly,

Spinning,

Opening,

Spinning.

When this chakra is open,

We become balanced physically,

Emotionally,

Spiritually.

We have a sense of reality.

This chakra is our connection to the earth and our need for survival.

And we call in Archangel Michael with his sword of light and protection to help cut the cords of attachments that have attached to us from other people.

Energy that needs to be sent back with love.

Cutting the cords,

Feeling lighter.

We only want and need our own energy.

And we affirm,

I am safe.

I trust.

I know that all I need will come to me in the right time.

And we give thanks to Archangel Michael for always watching and protecting us.

And we give thanks to Mother Earth for feeling grounded and for all she gives to us.

And the rainbow of colors flow down to our thighs,

Our knees,

Our calves,

Our ankles,

And to the soles of our feet.

Now picture your body with all the different colors of the rainbow.

See all the chakras spinning,

Opening,

Spinning at their own vibration as they should be.

Take a few moments to do this.

And if you have a question for your angels,

Ask it now.

And when you have your answer,

Bring yourself back,

Feeling balanced,

Centered,

Enlightened,

Protected and grounded.

And when you're ready,

You can wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers,

And open your eyes.

Coming back fully relaxed and energized.
