Hi everyone,
Megan here from Libra Living Wellness.
Today is the third video of Libra Living Liberations.
And I want to talk about healing within.
I've personally been working on some things myself and trying to heal some different things.
That have kind of been stored there for a while.
And what i wanted to talk about um is when we're healing within The first thing we have to do is become aware.
It's that awareness of what it is that we need to heal within,
Because if we're not aware of it,
We're not sure,
Like we might just feel off.
But we sometimes have to do a little bit of work to discover what that is,
What needs to be healed.
Because a lot of times we have something.
Stored away,
Pushed aside in a box that is causing problems in our lives or keeping us from living our best life.
So again,
It's first that awareness that we have to kind of embrace of what it is that we need to heal.
And then secondly,
It's our readiness to heal.
Because if we're not ready to heal what needs to be healed,
Then it's.

Never going to happen right like i feel a lot of times people struggle they know they need to heal but they're not ready to heal so we have to kind of maybe do again some more work within and making sure that we're ready to heal because a lot of times we find it hard to let go of those things because it's been a part of us been a part of our lives um that it does take a little bit extra work to be ready to heal and let go of those things that are no longer serving us and then thirdly um commitment is being committed to healing because healing is a process it's not a quick fix it takes time Sometimes there can be some immediate results for sure,
But it's.
It does take time and I think that's where that commitment has to come in and that we're committed to that journey of healing within and that we're Someone once said,
I think during my meditation,
Healing is a lifelong journey.
And I know that sounds like,
Ugh,
I want to heal today.
You know,
At least that's what I think.
But I see it as that we.
.
.
It's just everything takes time.
I see that we learn new things to help us heal completely.
Again,
It's never just,
Okay,
Today I'm going to heal from this.
It's a process and we have to kind of be patient with ourselves and and again not expect immediate results even though sometimes it may happen but to stay committed to that journey of healing within.
And I hope that everyone takes time for themselves and really.

Embraces some self-care to heal within and to let go of what's no longer serving you because know i'm sure everyone wants to live their best life and we all have stuff that we need to heal from that's keeping us from living our best life so i encourage everyone to do that inner healing work And.
Really find that inner peace as well.
