Today is about trust and the power of your word.
Keeping your word to yourself is directly linked to the amount of confidence you have.
Why?
Because when you keep your word,
You tell your whole system that you matter,
That you can trust yourself,
That you can make decisions.
You know how to listen to your own body and your desires.
Each time you keep your word,
You set yourself up for success.
You learn how to complete tasks,
Meet goals,
And live with integrity.
And it feels really good,
Too.
When you do not keep your word,
You betray yourself.
You slowly chip away at your ability to make decisions and trust yourself,
Which makes you feel less confident.
If you let yourself down enough,
You start to expect it.
You inadvertently begin to set your life up for failure.
You forget how to honor your word and the consequences of it.
You become so busy keeping your word to others out of fear of what they will think or their disappointment or approval that you begin living from the outside in.
So now you not only have lost your word,
But you've lost your voice.
Meanwhile,
Our own shame,
Judgment,
And disappointment build inside,
Making it self at home in our bodies.
You experience this as dis-ease,
Body aches,
Low energy,
Negativity,
Emotional pain,
And you start filling life with food,
Drinks,
Stuff,
People,
Etc.
I know because that was me.
It had gotten so bad for me that I was unable to make the smallest decisions.
I was so disconnected from my truth that I would adopt everyone and anyone else's ideas and thoughts who seemed to know what they wanted,
Which never quite fit for me,
Leaving me feeling lost and confused.
When I decided to address this for myself,
I used to walk around saying to myself,
I know what I want and I trust myself,
Over and over again,
Pumping my mind with this.
And now I can say that I truly do trust myself and my ability to make decisions and to listen to my body.
And I know you will too.
At the core of this program is my desire for you to relearn and strengthen your trust in yourself.
When you have this,
You have everything.
When your word matters to you,
You will succeed.
The ripple out effect of this is pure magic.
When you honor yourself in this way,
The Tetris pieces of life start falling into place and it's almost unreal,
But it is very real.
Your vibrational alignment sends out signals and you become a powerful magnet,
Pulling all you desire forth.
As you keep showing up in your truth,
Life meets you with abundance.
Keeping your word to yourself creates integrity,
Which ultimately builds self-discipline and self-trust.
And these are the keys to self-mastery.
So yeah,
Keeping your word to yourself is pretty important.
It is all in the super small doable steps so that you can achieve them,
Which is what you are doing in this program.
Each day,
You are regaining trust and building confidence through self-discipline.
Nice job.
Are you starting to feel the magic yet?
