Attform nemини Welcome to this self-love meditation.

People as parents,

As brothers,

Sisters,

Friends,

Colleagues,

We often show love for others,

For close ones,

For family.

But how often do we show love for ourselves?

Love,

This self-love goes beyond the ego.

Self-love is the highest form of intelligence to be connected to.

Love of self is to be connected to God.

So in this meditation we're going to practice accessing that natural state of self-love.

Not just for our well-being,

But for the well-being of everyone.

Because everyone deserves to be happy.

So coming to a comfortable seated position.

Soften the shoulders and neck if there's any tension or stress lingering.

And start to tune in to the in-flow and out-flow of your breath.

Just taking a couple moments here to establish a natural rhythm of breath.

Not trying to control the breath,

Just allowing it to flow on its own.

As you become settled in your body,

Take a breath in and feel all the healing,

Loving energy throughout the world.

Really feel that energy spread throughout every part of your body.

Rest and embrace that loving energy in your body.

In on the exhale,

Release all the toxic stress from your body.

Feel it.

Release on the exhale.

Taking a breath in.

Feel that healing,

Beautiful energy generated from the earth,

The trees,

And all the smiling children.

Feel that love spread throughout your body.

Embracing that love,

Feeling it disperse.

And exhale,

Feeling all the negative thoughts,

All the disappointments and pain.

Just feel it release on each exhale.

Inhaling love,

Exhaling all that doesn't serve us anymore.

This is a meditation you can come to whenever you want.

You can use it as a mantra.

On the inhale you can say,

I love myself.

On the exhale you can say,

I release all worries and stress.

You can keep practicing the self love meditation as long as you want.

Just know that whatever spot or place you're in in your life,

That self love is always accessible.

It cannot be hidden or destroyed.

The light of self love shines eternal.
