The moment we blame,
We give our power away.
And I'm not saying this from judgment,
Because I know that when something hurts,
When your body is not well.
When money feels blocked.
When relationships are painful and when life in general feels unfair.
The most natural thing is to ask.
Why me?
Why did this happen?
Who is going to help me?
Who is going to save me?
I know that plays very well,
But the longer we stay in blame,
The more our energy stays tied to the same story.
And from that place it's very hard to heal.
It's hard to create,
To receive,
To feel free.
Because the victim state is a place where we believe nothing depends on us.
Like everything is being decided for us.
By life,
By the past,
By other people,
By our body,
By money.
And this belief keeps us powerless.
Responsibility doesn't mean your pain is your fault.
Of course not.
It means I take my power back.
I stopped waiting for life,
People or my current condition to change.
Before I allow myself.
To move.
That is the shift from victim to creator.
And there is something deeper in this.
Maybe your soul didn't come here because everything was supposed to be easy.
Maybe it chose certain lessons before coming here.
Not as punishment,
But because there was something in this life that could become wisdom,
Healing,
Strength.
And love.
So how about asking yourself right now?
What can I do with this today?
What is this trying to awaken in me?
What is one small step I can take?
Right now.
Because the moment you stop giving all your power to blame,
Your energy starts coming back.
And when your energy comes back,
Healing begins.
