Come to find yourself in a comfortable position.

Notice your breath as it is.

Is it shallow?

Is it slow?

Is your heart beating fast?

As you take a deep breath in,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Your neck,

And your jaw,

Breathe into and focus your attention right in between your eyebrows and breathe out.

Breathe into that space and give yourself a smile as you again relax further into your body.

And on the exhalation,

Let all of the air out and hold for a count of three at the bottom.

No breath,

One,

Two,

Three.

And inhale with a smile,

Envisioning a light expanding throughout your body.

Can you feel it?

Is it warm?

Is it soothing?

And exhale.

On your next inhalation,

Allow that light to be extended outside of your body and all around you.

And on your exhale,

Allow it to be audible if you need.

Exhale with noise,

Sigh.

Find a steady breath now.

Put a hand on your heart and a hand on your stomach and repeat after me.

I love you and I am listening.

I love you and I am here for you.

I love you and I am healing.

I love you and I'm expanding.

I love you and I am creating.

Take another full body breath,

Relaxing and feeding your energy,

Your energy in motion,

Stabilizing emotion.

Give yourself another smile and feel how this simple act propels that emotion,

Gratitude.

Take a moment to refocus your energy in between your eyebrows and as you do,

Envision what you are currently manifesting and creating in your life.

What are you trying to attract?

What are you calling forth?

What are you aligning with?

As you bring the imagery into your mind,

How does it make you feel?

What energy does it put into motion?

It may be safe to assume that whatever you are trying to create is also creating joy,

Ease and peace in your life.

What happens when you tap into,

Tune into that feeling?

Where does it begin in your body and where does it go?

What imagery is evoked alongside this feeling?

Focus,

Amplify.

Now use your breath to expand this energy,

The feelings,

The emotion.

As you inhale,

Turn your face towards the skies and smile.

This feeling is what you have been looking for and this feeling is what will align you.

This feeling is what will set in motion all that you have been asking for.

As you see,

It is already within you,

Just waiting for you to tap in,

Tune in and align with it.

Now repeat after me with both hands on your heart.

I love me and I am worthy.

I love me and I am capable.

I love me and I am brave.

I love me and I am powerful.

I love me and I already have all that I need.

Keep yourself one last big,

Bright smile and envision that feeling extending out into and throughout your day.

With that,

Something marvelous is bound to happen.

With that,

You have set into motion something magnificent.

Your love,

You are love.

You are loved.

I love you.
