Welcome to the meditation.
Let's take a gentle journey into the relaxing depths of tranquil sleep filled with pleasant dreams.
Let's begin by getting comfortable.
Whatever that means for you,
Whether it's in bed or on a couch,
Reclined somewhere,
Maybe even on a hammock outside,
Wherever you'd like to rest for a while.
And close your eyes.
Let's begin with some deep breaths as we inhale and exhale.
And another breath in and out.
And another in.
And exhale.
And as you continue to breathe in this slow and gradual rhythm,
And as you settle into your comfortable space,
Feeling more and more relaxed,
Feel yourself beginning to drift away.
You may feel yourself floating somewhere.
You may imagine off in the distance,
There is a beautiful private place that you begin to ascend to as you're floating further away from where you've been.
A feeling of elevation as things get quieter and quieter as you drift further and further away into the atmosphere through the clouds,
Higher into the sky,
Feeling more relaxed,
Escalating into your consciousness and unconsciousness as you cross the threshold into a deeper state where you experience beautiful and pleasant dreams,
So expansive and often creative.
Here in this space where you're very deep and so relaxed,
You're free of the limitations of your day and all your experiences.
You have the opportunity to imagine and to create limitless possibilities,
Yet so serene as you're floating higher and higher,
Beyond where you were,
Higher within this peaceful dream state,
For this is all your own,
Free of distractions,
Free of limitations.
You are allowed to flow and to feel wherever you are led and breathe.
And as you drift deeper into the infinite space,
Your dream time,
That's all your own,
Feel your entire body getting lighter and lighter as you become one with the essence of this energy.
You're almost like air,
Weightless and floating,
Beautiful,
Free flowing.
This fills you up and brings you through to this energy where your soul feels an opportunity to explore and to just be,
Being in the peace,
Being in the tranquility,
Consistent,
Stable,
Supportive and calm.
With each breath,
You're more in the flow of this energy and atmosphere of your dream time expanding and elevating so gently,
So deep,
Limitless and peaceful,
Floating and breathing ever so gently and ever so peacefully.
Feel yourself in this tranquil state of peaceful sleep and dream time or inspiration and positive possibilities are available to you and within reach for you absorb all this peace throughout your body and all your cells,
Inspired,
Enlightened,
Creative and calm.
Serenades Continuing to follow your breath with each slow inhale and slow exhale,
Drifting and expanding so dreamy.
This is your time and it's all your own to float away and to feel,
To feel the nothingness and expansiveness of sleep and peace.
Continuing to drift,
Deeper and deeper,
Inspired,
Fulfilled,
So relaxed into a deeper sleep.
Your dream time as you allow it,
As you release it and embrace it,
So gentle,
So calm,
You are asleep.
