Let's take a few beautiful breaths and as you breathe in imagine a beautiful warm light filling your heart as you breathe in and as you breathe out let that beautiful warm loving energy flow through your whole body and out into the world.
You are a beautiful loving being receiving loving light filling up and shining that beautiful energy all around you and in your mind you can repeat after me I love and appreciate myself may I be happy may I feel safe and may my life go well may I be happy may I feel safe and may my beautiful life go well just feel that love in your heart as you breathe safe and secure and relaxed and now think of someone you love or some people you love let's send them some loving energy imagine them in your mind's eye and think may they be happy may they feel safe may their life go well may they be happy may they feel safe and may their whole life go well and see these beautiful beings surrounded with light with love with success may you be wealthy may they be wealthy wishing everyone health wealth happiness and success feeling that beautiful peace feeling that beautiful peace and calm feeling relaxing and letting go may you be happy may you be safe may every area of your life go well may you be wealthy and successful healthy and joyful have a beautiful day thank you for your presence
