Align With Your Empowered Destiny To Expand Love & Intimacy

Find a comfortable position where your back is relatively straight and your legs and your arms are uncrossed because that can cut off circulation.

However you choose to find that comfortable position,

Depending if you're lying down or if you are sitting up in a favorite chair,

Just let your eyes very quietly,

Easily,

And naturally close.

That's it.

And as you close your eyes,

You open your heart and mind.

As your eyes are closed,

You begin a familiar process of meditation,

A familiar process of relaxation.

So take in a long,

Deep breath,

Filling your lungs and letting yourself completely relax.

It is a most wonderful feeling to pause in the middle of your day and as you pause in the middle of this day to turn inward with the intention of awakening the spiritually empowered adult within you to align to your future who has allowed yourself to mature beyond being just a grown-up to stepping fully into your power,

Your spiritual power,

And to be the adult,

A powerful adult who can consciously create the magic and miracles,

The reality of freedom and joy without struggle.

That potential within you may be lying dormant,

But either way this meditation will be a way to initiate and open not only to the archetype,

But to that potential future for you.

Breathing easily and effortlessly,

Allow yourself to move into deeper levels of your mind and your awareness and in your mind,

I want you to imagine or just pretend,

If that's what you choose to call it,

To imagine or pretend that you are standing outside at the setting of the Sun facing west in a beautiful meadow.

You can smell the sweet grass beneath you.

You can see the wildflowers,

The daisies,

The dandelions sprinkled across the field and there is a vast majestic sky,

A sky at twilight when the Sun is beginning to rest.

Finishing the day of illuminating the land,

It begins to go to sleep.

The Sun sets gracefully and majestically in the west and as it approaches the horizon you can see the outline of beautiful mountains,

The rolling hills and the trees lush and vibrant in this magical meadow of your mind.

And you focus your attention now on the sky as the burst of orange and yellow and even peach and violet purple colors smear across the horizon as the Sun lowers herself to sleep and as the night begins to crawl out from its hiding places,

As the shadows increase,

As the trees begin to fade into the nighttime and as the darkness of night and the coolness begins to expand all around you.

And as the last bit of the day's light gives way to the night sky,

Twinkling stars beginning to appear in the rich purple deep space above you.

You feel at peace in this beautiful place.

You feel safe for you are safe.

You begin to walk now.

You walk through the grasses and you smell the beautiful smells of a meadow at night.

For nighttime has its own fragrance.

And let open your mind and your imagination to smell the sweet grass and the smell of pine,

The coolness of the night,

Perhaps even night-blooming jasmine somewhere growing in the distance.

And you feel the cool chill of the night breeze as the wind tossels your hair,

Refreshes your breath as you inhale,

Filling your lungs with life-giving oxygen that blesses and refreshes your entire body with each breath you take.

Let go.

Letting go.

Relax.

Relax.

Open.

Open your heart by thinking the words,

I care.

I care.

I care about me and my future.

I care about the future of my family and friends.

And as you open your heart to the divine energy of compassion and caring,

You feel lighter and more at ease.

As you meander through this magical meadow in your mind,

And as the boundaries blur from the horizon in the sky no longer clearly defined as the night is fully in her repose,

You sense the darkness of night.

It illuminates the tiny stars in the heavens above you.

And there in your mind's eye and your imagination,

You look up into the sky in the distance and there is a falling star,

A beautiful falling star streaking down towards the earth.

You see it there as it disappears and evaporates into nothingness.

You look for the night sky,

That new crescent moon,

So beautiful,

So graceful.

This beautiful crescent moon rising the night sky.

And as you sense that crescent moon,

You become aware of its beauty,

Its majesty.

Something interesting begins to happen as you are there in the night,

Restoring,

Replenishing your consciousness,

Your mind.

You think and you decide.

You make a conscious choice and decision.

I am ready and willing to step into my power.

I am ready and willing to become responsible,

To become the spiritually responsible adult.

I am ready and I am willing to align with that future,

With that destination that my soul and spirit has lovingly crafted.

I know all the lessons that pain and struggle can teach me,

The lessons that my ego,

Immature,

Has taught.

And I'm ready now to learn the lessons of freedom and joy and love and abundance and success.

I want to learn the lessons of love and caring and intimacy at a deeper level than I've ever allowed myself to do in the past.

I am ready to step into my empowered future self.

And just as you say those words,

You look up in the night sky and you see that crescent moon and something very supernatural happens.

That crescent moon begins to tip,

Tipping and spilling moonlight down into the meadow.

It's tipping like a ladle in the sky and this moonlight,

Sparkling moonlight,

Begins to descend towards the earth.

You notice it there along the path,

Not far from where you stand,

Is a pool of moonlight gathering,

Spilling down from the heavens,

This crescent moon spilling the light,

The moonlight,

Into a pool that is gathering.

You begin to walk closer to that beautiful pool light,

That pool of the moon and its magical light.

You begin to walk on the path and you get excited and you are moving towards this pool this crescent moon has created from nowhere to now here.

As you get closer you see this milky silver light,

This milky silver light,

Like a glitter of silver energy,

Palpable and glowing with the soft glow of the moon.

It is gathering there in this magical meadow of your mind and you get closer to it.

You choose to pause right before you get close enough to step into it and you strip away the clothing upon your body.

You take off your clothes to become vulnerable,

To let loose of the clothing and to be vulnerable standing naked in this magical meadow.

You step into that beautiful moonlight,

That cascade of moon energy that is gathered for your healing,

For your balancing.

You now naked and vulnerable step into this energy of the moon and you feel it now all around you.

You can feel the cool energy as it caresses the surface of your skin and you breathe it into your lungs and you feel this silver light,

This silver essence,

The essence of feminine energy,

The essence of the soul.

You breathe it in through the pores on the surface of your skin as you step further into this magical pool of the moon.

You breathe it into your lungs and you let it absorb into the very nature of your body.

The very substance of your body begins to absorb this magical moonlight.

Let yourself become suspended now,

Suspended in this pool,

Almost like floating on a body of water,

But it's different with this moonlight for it is all around you and it suspends you,

Suspending time and space as you gracefully are suspended and relaxed.

Going deeper,

Letting go,

Open to receive,

Open to receive.

Receive the healing,

The maturing of your consciousness,

Healing and maturing the limited self that doesn't feel it's enough.

You let this energy now as you are suspended there absorb into every cell within your body like a sponge your body eagerly drinks in this silver misty milky moonlight,

This energy divine.

You are safe as you can drift and dream,

Drifting,

Dreaming,

And dreaming,

Open to a future you,

A future you who is whole,

Balanced,

And in harmony with your anima and animus,

With your masculine and feminine energy,

Having joined forces to give birth to your own sense of wholeness.

You dream of a future you,

Completely accepting yourself,

Fully at peace with your past,

Fully engaged in the present moment,

With a heart overflowing with hope for the future.

You sense that future you,

Wise,

Alive,

Filled and overflowing with the passion and compassion of your soul,

Fully engaged in the freedom and the inspiration of your spirit.

And you let this moonlight absorb deeper into your mind,

Filling your subconscious mind and suspending,

Suspending the old limiting beliefs that no longer serve you,

Shifting and lifting your attitude into dominion,

Harmony,

Knowing that you are safe and that you are powerful.

You let this moonlight expand beyond the subconscious mind into your unconscious mind,

Aligning,

With the archetype of wholeness,

And you feel this presence starting to gather,

A beautiful radiant presence of your empowered future self.

To form in your mind,

As it's activated from the unconscious,

The empowered adult who lives between the worlds,

Not only is a part of the physical world,

But is fully conscious and connected to the divine world.

A being who is in the world,

But not of the world.

A being who understands the fullness and the nature of love and the grace of its action within your life.

Suspended there in the pool of the moon,

You continue to feel the presence of your empowered future self strengthening,

As you align and let go,

As you align with the magician,

The magical part of you,

And you let go of the martyr,

The struggler,

As you align fully with the empowerment,

And you let loose and let go of the victim consciousness.

For this is your time,

Wet grass beneath you and you hear the chirp of the morning,

The chirp of birds beginning to awaken from their night as the steely gray sky of the dawn of a new day begins to awaken.

And you lay there silently in the magical meadow,

In the damp,

Wet grass and you feel the love and support of the earth beneath you.

As the day is breaking into its majesty,

The light in the east begins to expand and the birds,

As if on cue,

A symphony of nature begins to awaken,

Hearing the rustle of squirrels,

The deer wakening and moving through the grasses.

You hear and smell the freshness of a new day as the warm sunlight begins to peak up over the horizon in the east.

Golden streams of light now illuminating this meadow as you sit up,

Sitting up from the earth and looking up to the sky once again.

You stand upon your feet,

You face the rising sun,

You face and turn east till you see the ball of light,

The brilliant golden orange ball of light rising there upon the horizon of the east.

You feel this golden beam of light now stretching and reaching and fully connecting with your body,

With your being,

Filling each and every chakra from the first through the seventh and through those outside of the body.

The eighth through the twelfth chakras of your energy system is being imbued with this golden light of the sun,

Energizing,

Awakening your vitality,

Your life force,

Sparking the light of spirit in every cell of your body.

You face the new day with a renewal of hope for something has shifted and changed in the night as you slept in the magical meadow of your mind.

There was a shift,

A movement from within your consciousness.

Hope expands into joy and gratitude.

There's someone approaching you,

Someone that is the same gender as you,

Someone that is walking about the same height as you look,

You see now,

You sense your future self,

The you who has healed and transformed,

The you who is fully empowered,

Who is fully in alignment with the nature and grace of your soul and spirit.

You sense your future self,

A vibrant and alive and filled with joy.

There's a presence,

A radiance as that future self is coming towards you in this magical meadow.

You begin to step towards that future you,

You start stepping and moving towards them.

You sense their energy,

You sense their presence,

You sense that state of love,

Confidence,

Worth,

That state of an acceptance of self,

Fully realized,

Fully empowered.

You sense the presence of your divine future self coming towards you and they open their arms and you open yours and you embrace,

You let yourself be held,

You let yourself reach and hold and connect and receive from the you,

You are destined to become.

You blend your energies together as you link the first chakra and the second chakra connected to theirs and you feel a connection of energy flowing from the solar plexus in the heart and you feel a connection of energy flowing from the solar plexus in the heart as you intermingle,

As you connect the seven chakras together in a mystical journey of empowerment.

Your heart open connected to their love and vulnerability,

Your throat connected to their ability to express their power,

Talent and strengths,

To nurture and balance.

The sixth chakra in the third eye area taps into the wisdom and connection with theirs in the seventh chakra.

All seven within the body system connected as you become one,

Embodying the energy,

The presence,
