I'd like you to just settle in a chair.
Close your eyes and take in a deep breath and let it out.

Now imagine as you're lying here in this chair,
Just gentle fingers massaging your forehead,
Down your temples,
Around your eyes,
And down your cheeks.
Now gently wrapping around the back of your neck and down your shoulders.
Just relax.
It feels so good to just let go.
And another deep breath and let it out.
Now down your arms,
You feel all the tension disappear.
Now down your trunk,
Around your lower back,
To your hips and your legs.
Now to the tips of your toes.
It feels so good to just let go.
And relax,
Going deeper and deeper down.
Now I'd like you to imagine for a moment,
You're just floating and drifting upon a fluffy cloud and the warm sun is embracing you.
Just floating and drifting.
Floating and drifting.

With the warmth of the sun protecting you.
And each time you float,
You're now floating deeper and deeper down.

Now you see yourself sitting on top of this fluffy cloud.
You look over and you see a rainbow glistening with beauty.
Now as you focus on that beauty,
I want you to imagine a shimmering white light coming down through you at the crown of your head.
Now you feel at peace and you start to drift deeper and deeper down.
Now a violet light is centering you as you feel in harmony with the universe.
Let the energy of this light surround you and as the energy circles all around you,
Allow yourself to embrace this energy.
Again to ask the subconscious if there is anything blocking you from feeling a spiritual connection or in harmony with the universe and that it would remove these blocks as you let the violet light bring you to a spiritual understanding.
Now as you drift deeper and deeper down,
Let the indigo colors surround you in a circular motion between your eyebrows.
As the indigo swirls in and out in a bright shimmering fade,
I'm going to ask the subconscious if there's anything blocking your senses of seeing beyond the five body senses that you have.
I ask that it removes these blocks and let knowing and seeing intuitively enter you as the indigo light embraces you and lets you see the universe.
Now as you're floating deeper and deeper down,
You feel like you'd like to talk to the universe.
A crystal blue light is all around you.
I'm going to ask the subconscious if there is anything blocking your communication and ask us that subconscious removes these blocks and let your life force and creativity shine as you feel free to be creatively communicating.
Looking now as you go deeper and deeper down,
A beautiful emerald green is surrounding your heart.
Let your heart open and embrace the summer light.
I'm going to ask the subconscious if there's anything blocking your heart and ask that the subconscious remove these blocks and let you feel balanced with a love connection,
Allowing for flexibility and growth and sending your love back out into the universe.
As you go deeper and deeper down,
You feel the warmth all around you.
Your navel area is glistening a golden light as it surrounds you.
You feel the warmth and the energy it's generating.
I'm going to ask the subconscious if there's anything blocking your solar plexus and ask the subconscious to remove the block and let your inner strength guide you and make your energy and vitality balanced and strong.
Now a beautiful orange color like a sun kissed orange is surrounding your sacral area.
As you go deeper and deeper down,
I'm going to ask the subconscious if there's anything blocking your sacral area and ask that the subconscious removes these blocks and ask that you are emotionally cleansed by its warmth and can express your emotions freely.
You now go deeper and deeper down,
Transitioning into a vibrant red color.
It's circling all around the red chakra.
I'm going to ask the subconscious if there's anything blocking your red chakra and ask the subconscious now to remove all those blocks,
Allowing you to feel safe and secure and grounded within the universe.
As you feel the powerful energy of your red chakra comforting you,
I would now like you to feel this glistening white light flowing from your crown chakra to your red chakra,
Balancing you to be one with your angel and now flowing this white light back up and out your crown chakra to join with the energy of the universe.
Now as you feel this energy,
You dive down into a mist.
It feels cool and you see gentle white light as we land into a beautiful meadow that reminds you of the rainbow.
Remain here for a moment and feel the energy and cleansing from the universe.
Moving your fingers and toes now,
Begin to stretch and be fully awake.
Begin to open your eyes now,
Gently in the here and now.
