Let's talk about stillness and clarity.

When life feels uncertain,

We often push harder,

Searching,

Striving,

And trying to force clarity to appear.

But sometimes,

The answers we seek don't come from more effort,

They actually come from stopping.

So let's do that,

Let's just take a moment to pause,

To let go of the need to figure everything out right now,

And instead,

Just allow yourself to simply be.

Take a breath in,

And let it out.

You can think of your mind as a lake.

When the water is stirred,

It becomes murky or clouded.

When it's left undisturbed,

It settles,

The surface smooths,

And the bottom becomes clearer.

So just breathe,

Let that lake,

Let your mind settle.

And if you find that it gets clouded by thoughts,

That's ok,

It's just natural.

You can gently bring your attention back to the breath.

You don't have to force clarity.

Often,

It comes when you create space for it.

As Pico Iyer reminds us,

It is only by stopping movement that we can see where to go.

So for now,

Just breathe,

Just be,

And the path will reveal itself in time.
