Welcome to this one minute calming meditation.

Make yourself comfortable in any way that feels good to you,

And close your eyes.

Now take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in as you feel yourself sinking into the surface you're resting on.

And breathe out with a sigh.

Do this two more times.

Breathing in slowly,

And breathing out with a sigh.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Now slowly begin to turn your awareness back to your body.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.
