Non-judgment.

In recovery,

When we accept ourselves and others without judging,

We open ourselves to the healing power of love.

Non-judgment is a powerful tool for awakening our heart,

Mind,

And spirit in recovery.

This week,

We practiced the principle of non-judgment to tune into the power of releasing judgment and accepting what is.

Deepak Chopra said,

I try not to live with my life worrying about what others think.

A core spiritual quality is non-judgment,

Which is not just about judging others,

But also not living your life worried about others judging you.

What are your tools for practicing non-judgment?

When you find yourself judging yourself or others,

What positive statements do you make to shift into non-judgment?

I feel great when I love myself exactly how I am and allow others to pass through my mind without judgment.
