Sweet friend.

Welcome to Mindful Mini.

Let's get cozy and settled in,

Maybe lying down or snuggled under your blankets.

Tonight we're going to follow a tiny glowing snowflake as it helps your whole body relax and get ready for rest.

Once you're cozy,

Take one soft breath in and one slow breath out.

Good.

Do that one more time.

One slow,

Soft breath in and one slow breath out.

Now imagine a little snowflake drifting down from the winter sky.

But not a cold one.

This snowflake is warm and glowing,

Like a tiny light made just for you.

It floats slowly and gently,

Twirling and dancing as it makes its way towards you.

The soft snowflake lands right on top of your head,

And as soon as it touches you,

Your forehead relaxes,

Your eyes get heavy,

And your whole face feels calm and peaceful.

Now the snowflake drifts down your shoulders.

When it lands on your shoulders,

They feel a little drop,

And all the tight parts soften.

It feels like the snowflake is smoothing away any leftover worries from your day.

Next,

The snowflake floats down to your heart and your tummy.

It brings warm,

Calm energy,

Helping your chest feel open and light.

Your belly feels soft and still.

Now the snowflake glides down your legs,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Making each part feel warm and sleepy.

Finally,

It lands gently on your feet,

And your toes relax all the way to the tips.

Your whole body feels cozy and calm and ready for rest.

Now imagine the snowflake glowing brighter for a moment,

Sending one big wave of comfort through your whole body.

You feel peaceful,

You feel safe,

And you feel ready to sleep.

Let your breath be slow,

Let your body be still,

And let this little glowing snowflake stay with you as you drift into your dreams.
