Start off your morning the right way! This is a great way to start your day with a little intention setting, just a few minutes can make a world of difference to your day. Doing your morning meditation has amazing benefits for your physical and mental well-being. It also sets you up to have a more productive day Feel the magical effects of the mystical sound and vibration. The sound from the ancient singing bowls will help to develop your meditation skills and deepen your meditation practice.

Welcome to Mini Meditations with me.

I'm Aisha.

So find a comfortable position either seated or lying down and let's get started.

This is a beautiful morning and you are about to start your day knowing that when we set an intention for the day this is a very powerful practice because every thought that we put out there is creating the experiences that we'd like to have especially if we do that more consciously.

So let's do a bit of a fun process this morning and set an intention for the day.

Whatever that intention may be for you.

It could be a peaceful day,

A happy day of connection with others,

Maybe a day of solitude,

A day of going within,

A day of rest,

A day of success in all your endeavors.

Perhaps you have an important meeting or an important project that you may be working on today.

Whatever that may be set an intention for the highest and the best outcome and once you've set this intention the idea is to let it go because when we set an intention for what we'd like to manifest or the experiences that we'd like to have,

When we have the faith that it is done there's nothing more for us to do except get on with our day and be as present as we can and really surrender and let it go.

Let it go.

So I want you to visualize this intention that you've set and surround it in a big beautiful balloon and this balloon can be any color that you'd like it to be and I want you to release this balloon now and let it float up,

Up as it floats away and you let it go.

Bringing your awareness back into the body.

Have a beautiful day as you gently open your eyes.
