Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

If you can,

Take this meditation outside,

Somewhere where you can feel the fresh air on your skin.

Whether it's the garden,

The ocean,

A patch of grass,

Or even by an open window.

Wherever you may be,

Allow yourself to settle into the moment.

Now bring your awareness to your posture.

Allow the shoulders to rise and fall down the spine.

Allow the jaw to soften and the eyes to gently close if you're comfortable.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in through your nose.

And when you're ready,

Gently exhale from the mouth.

Feel your body waking up,

The air against your skin,

The sounds around you,

And the rhythm of your breath.

Now bring your attention to the light surrounding you.

Maybe the sun is rising or the soft daylight is beginning to glow.

Imagine this light touching your face,

Your shoulders,

Your heart.

Feel warm,

Gentle,

And alive.

With each breath,

Allow the light to move through you,

Down your arms,

Across your chest,

Into your belly and legs.

You are filling with warmth,

With energy,

And with renewal for a new day.

As the light flows through you,

Quietly name one thing you're grateful for this morning.

It could be something so simple,

The breath you are taking,

The place that you currently are,

Or the people that you love.

Let gratitude spread softly through your body,

Like sunlight through you.

And with me,

Take another deep breath in.

Feel that fresh,

Bright energy filling every cell of the body,

And exhale any heaviness from the days past.

Let it all go.

Now,

Before we close,

Take a moment to set an intention for your day.

Something gentle and true.

Maybe,

I move through today with light and presence.

Or even,

I welcome this new day with gratitude and love.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes or lift your gaze.

Notice the colours,

The air,

And the life surrounding you.

Carry this sense of light and appreciation into your day,

Calm,

Grounded,

And alive.

Thank you so much for joining me in today's meditation.

I wish you a beautiful day.

Take care.
