Beautiful soul,

To your Day 10 reflection of the 40-Day Mantra Satana.

You've now completed around 10 days of your practice,

A beautiful first milestone.

Take a moment to settle in and savour this pause with gratitude.

Let your breath soften and notice how it feels to arrive here,

10 days into this journey of sound and devotion.

Reaching Day 10 is something to celebrate.

It means you've shown up again and again,

Even when it wasn't easy.

You may already feel subtle shifts in your energy or focus,

Or simply sense that something quiet is taking root within you.

Take a slow breath to honour your dedication and the rhythm that's beginning to form.

Now I invite you to reflect on three questions.

You can simply listen and let them sink in.

I'll repeat them again in a moment.

What has felt easy so far and what has been challenging?

How do you sense the mantra affecting your energy or emotions?

What helps you return to the mantra when your mind wanders?

Take a few gentle breaths and notice what arises within you.

Now I'll repeat the questions once more so you can write them down or pause the track after each one to reflect more deeply.

You'll also have time at the end of this track to journal or simply sit with your insights.
