So Ham mantra meditation for centering and balance. "So Ham" means I am, I am that, in Sanskrit. It is a silent meditation that you can practice with your breath to find grounding, centering and divine connection. Breathe in softly and mentally say "so" - breathe out softly and mentally say "ham". Special Recommendation: Try it when practicing Yin Yoga.
