Sit or stand somewhere comfortable and where you can't be disturbed.

Push your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Well done.

You are completely grounded.

Now ask yourself,

Who am I?

Where am I at this moment and how do I feel about it?

Who do I want to be?

Where do I want to go and how do I see that?

Visualize how you prefer to see your life.

In which country,

What kind of house,

But who on which job?

I feel this feeling that it gives you when you see your best life.

Always remember this when you have to make choices or need persistence.

Keep this goal,

This life in mind and the feeling it gives you.

You can now open your eyes again and stretch out.
