There may have been ups and there may have been downs.

As you breathe in through the nose and out through the nose,
We're just keeping our breathing nice and steady.
In through the nose,
Out through the nose.
Not needing to get particularly excited by one great thing that happened today or particularly down about another thing that happened today.
It was all part of your experience.
And as we put ourselves to bed and our bodies to bed,
We're also going to put our mind to bed.
It's as if in this moment,
You can tell your mind you've done an amazing job today.
