Take this time to center yourself.

To begin your day with calm,

Intention,

And gratitude.

Let's find a comfortable position.

Just allow the body to settle into this stillness.

And as you get quiet,

Allow the gentle rhythm of your breath to just flow.

And follow the steady rise and fall that anchors you in this very moment.

And as you breathe,

Allow the space around you to soften.

The tension melt away from your shoulders and your jaw.

This is your moment to begin again,

Refreshed and open.

And with your next inhalation,

Silently say to yourself,

I begin this day with a heart full of gratitude and calm.

Feel those words,

Not just as a statement,

But as a truth already present within you.

Each breath fills you with gratitude.

For your body,

Your mind,

And the new day unfolding ahead.
