Hello everyone this is Nancy here from Nancy Inspired and I'm here just with the recap from the live the Inside Timer live on November the 19th. So I've had a lot of people when I do my lives would love a recap and so this is just a little summary of what we talked about today. So when I first came on I was I was kind of called to talk about how the fact that I felt slightly insecure about the fact that I showed up with no makeup my hair not done you know not that I'm a super glamour person at the best of times but I was I was feeling that and then recognize that that was part of the initial messaging that was coming through in that don't let your self cautious consciousness or insecurity stop you from doing the things that you want to do. We've lost sight of average and normal we through social media through whatever we see the best of the best all the time and so we have lost sight of the beauty of average normal and basic and so it's important that we don't get caught up in this expectation to be you know all that and that we don't end up doing what it is that we needed that we that we want to do. So what I was as I was hearing that as I was you know relaying that message it was almost like it was being shouted to me that it is not natural it is not natural to try and be at that height all the time you can't run and run and run full tilt all day you know you'll fall apart you can't be the best of the best all the time you can't be the most beautiful the smartest of whatever that it's okay to be basic normal and average and as a society we're running ourselves down and then I was I was hearing that messaging I kind of got hit with some some pretty like intense messaging and it was you know in the live it was a little hard for me to share it first in terms of like it feels almost conspiracy theory sort of but what I was hearing is that there is a certain negative force there's a certain negative it almost felt like an entity like a force an energetic force that actually wants humanity to stay distracted that they want us to kind of live out that they believe or it this force believes that humans are not capable of evolution and they're not capable of you know higher level expansion and so some of this distraction is put there on purpose for us to get you know bogged down by it and I started feeling kind of almost like these like lead boots and and whatnot and it's like all these distractions where we're running ourselves ragged trying to be perfect look perfect sound perfect be productive be wealthy be whatever all these things that we're kind of being told to be is really weighting ourselves down and what it's doing is what I heard was that what it's doing is it's limiting our ability to connect with others we start to feel that we deserve less or that we shouldn't connect or that we're not worthy enough and and so we're not making those connections like we're actually being called to do so I'm hearing allow yourself to be average and connect allow yourself to be basic and normal and whatever it is and allow for that connection and what I was hearing too is that there's also another force that is actually believes that humans are capable of evolving and expanding and that they're actually trying to elevate they're trying to help us not be caught in those distractions and allow us to to elevate that someone in the chat said it sounds like a cosmic bet and I said yeah that's that is kind of what it sounds like and what it feels like in terms of what I was hearing the next bit of messaging that I was hearing was don't forget to breathe take time to take stock and allow the dust to settle again we're product we're caught up in productivity and going and going and going in the rat race and being perfect and everything that sometimes we don't just stop and and just take some time so the messaging was that this week when we're spinning our wheels just take time and then it was very funny because the the metaphor often I'm given images or metaphors to try and try and help explain the messaging and the message that I got was me I live in Canada and sometimes the cold weather makes your windshield fog up and sometimes I will choose to start driving with a tiny little hole to see out of because I'm too impatient to wait for my car to fully defrost and what I'm hearing is that sometimes if we don't wait for things to fully become clear and take a moment then we're not seeing the whole picture we're not seeing things as we can see them so what I'm what I was hearing was just take the time to stop allow the windshield to clear allow things to become clear so that we can move forward with more insight with more understanding and so allowing ourselves just to take take time take stock then at that point the next bit of messaging I had was to share my story in terms of how I received my gift of soul telepathy I'm not gonna get into the whole story here well like because I've told it a few times but the most important messaging of the story is that I often don't own the story in that there's some parts of it that are pretty esoteric and that the gift actually was given to me you know by the Pleiadians before I knew who the Pleiadians were and there's a part of me that doesn't like sharing that and in the story in the in the dream there was a moment where the being was I was in an embrace his head was on my right side and in that moment I had complete understanding of everything complete understanding of absolutely everything and I wasn't allowed to keep that knowledge but I was told that I have access to that knowledge anytime I need it and that was part of the messaging today is that we are part of divine wisdom collective consciousness this bigger source of knowledge that we have access to anytime we need it or want it and that we can just tap into it when we need it and take sips of this knowledge when we need it and that that was some of the important messaging that we have the other part was to own our stories because actually I forgot a little part just as I was being reminded that we have access to that divine wisdom and information I was also given a bit of information that in our actual genetic creation in our creation we have been given a part of our brain and I was feeling it kind of like behind the third eye kind of near the like in my head in the top of my head when um I one of the people commented the pineal gland so I looked that up and yes actually that's where I was feeling it and what I was I don't know enough about it to talk about that right now but I am gonna look that up but what I was told is that in our creation we were given godlike connection we were given that connection to the divine through that part of our brain we are actually able to connect to God wisdom to do that infinite love and we have access to that whenever we want however thinking back to this rat race that we're in in this comparison and it's trying to be perfect that bogs us down and gives us like anchors on our feet this you know lead weights on our feet so feeling like this anchored heaviness as opposed to this ethereal connected lightness and within the messaging I was told that no matter where we are in our lives right now and no matter what's going on in our lives right now we have the ability to connect to that lighter place even if things are really hard and difficult right now we have the ability to connect to that ethereal lighter godlike connection place is available to us at all times so just to remind yourself of that and the rat race of comparison and keeping up as whatever is actually keeping us tethered and anchored and and bound rather than elevating us so that you know heavy body versus the ethereal body and the other part of my story that I was sharing in terms of my gift is that I'm often a bit self-conscious sharing that story because I'm afraid of being judged and what I was told clearly is do not be ashamed of your truth you are perfect and divine even with all of your imperfections your truth is your truth you came here at this time in this place in this way in the way that you are for a reason and that your truth you are perfectly imperfect your truth is what makes you you be you don't be ashamed of who you are people are quick to judge and you know but you are made the way you are for a reason so what I was hearing is own it own who you are own the idiosyncrasies own the disabilities own the challenges and and allow yourself to be perfectly imperfect this is your truth don't be ashamed and the other part of it was don't settle for less because of who you are because of our imperfections because of the things that we think isn't exactly right sometimes we settle for less than what we deserve we accept stuff that that we really shouldn't be accepting in our lives because somehow we feel like you know we should we should be grateful because well we have this idiosyncrasy about ourselves and so we should be grateful but that's actually not true own your imperfections and don't settle for less and and own what it is that makes you you and and celebrate that and and what is your purpose and it doesn't have to be something gigantic you know preacher from the mountaintop was the example I said but instead it might just be the fact that you are able to then model and embrace for others that we don't have to be perfect that we can be normal we can be flawed and we can just be average and so celebrate who you are don't settle for less and show up for yourself that is the main messaging for today for it was for November the 19th if you're listening to this on a different day that's okay I
