Welcome to this guided meditation by Natalie Benz. Please do not listen to this recording whilst driving or operating machinery. Make yourself comfortable and let's begin. Today we are going to take a journey together. We are going to a luxury spa. This is not ordinary spa. This is a healing spa. Now, Using your wonderful imagination, See yourself in a far away place. Maybe in a warm country, Somewhere exotic overseas, With palm trees and sunshine. You are standing outside a deluxe spa and you feel a sense of well-being just by looking at this opulent building. You walk up to the gorgeous glass doors and step inside and you are greeted by a woman that has a warm and welcoming aura about her. She is so happy to see you. Her face lights up. She tells you that she is your guide. She welcomes you by name and tells you that she has a very special experience planned just for you. And you can't help but wonder what you've done to deserve this special treatment. You certainly didn't book or pay for it. Who did? And why you? You may feel that this sort of treatment is for others but not for you. And your guide seems to sense what you are thinking. She smiles knowingly. She speaks your name softly and then says, This is your gift from the universe because it's your time to shine. You smile and feel a warm glow within you. The universe wants this for you. Gratitude floods your body and you know it's your time to heal. This is your time. This is for you. The woman, Your guide leads you through a long beautiful corridor with many doors on each side. And as you walk together you become more and more relaxed, More comfortable with a growing sense of connection to this stranger that you know is going to take care of you. You don't know what that means but it feels good. Soon you both stop outside a door. Your guide tells you that you will be visiting three rooms today. You look up at the door and you see a beautiful sign on the door that says positivity. She taps the door and a woman dressed in purple opens the door. She welcomes you into a beautiful deep purple room. The room is absolutely gorgeous, Luxurious, Special. The room is dimly lit and filled with candles and soft music. There's a bed in the centre of the room like a massage table. You lay down on the table facing the ceiling. And as you lay there you are asked to locate all stresses and negativity in your body. You don't even need to speak. She knows where they are from your thoughts. The places where stress and negativity reside within your body are like dark circles. Dark circles of negativity in your body. There may be one or two, Maybe a few more, Maybe they're all over. The lady in purple now moves her hands over your body without touching it. It feels warm and soothing. Hovering over the dark circles until they start to dissolve. The dark circles of stress and negativity dissolve under her healing hands gently and slowly one by one. And as they dissolve, Negativity is released from your body. Leaving an empty space where each dark circle was. She continues until all the negativity has been removed and you're left with many empty spaces in your body. The lady in purple then walks around and stands by the top of your head. She places her hands over the crown of your head and something magical and wonderful happens. A white light flows from her hands in through your head, Warming your scalp and your mind is filled with positivity. You start thinking thoughts that you may not have thought in a long time if ever. What if I am good enough? What if I do deserve goodness? What if I can be truly happy? The light flows down your neck and throughout your entire body filling the empty spaces with this precious positive white light. And the more it fills you up, The more positive your thoughts become. I am good enough. I do deserve goodness. I can experience true happiness. Life is one big adventure and I am going to experience as much goodness as I can. I am more than enough. Your body is now filled up with this white light, Filled with positivity, Hope and optimism. You wonder if this woman is an angel. She smiles at you and then leaves the room. You sit up in awe. You feel so uplifted. At that moment your guide returns. She gently leads you back into the corridor and as you walk down the corridor together you notice you feel differently in a very positive way. Soon you stop at another door. This door is labelled forgiveness. She taps the door and this time the door seems to open by itself. You look into a bright yellow room and this bright yellow gorgeous room has a hot tub in the centre of it. The door closes and as you walk towards the hot tub you notice that the water in there has the gorgeous scent of oranges and lemons. You realise that you have your bathing costume on underneath your clothes. So you easily undress and step gently into the hot tub now and as your toes, Your feet, Your ankles touch the water you realise there is something almost magical about this water. You immerse yourself now into the water and you begin to relax even more deeply than you already are. There seems to be some inner voice speaking to you. Maybe it's your higher self and you listen intently because you know it's for your healing process, For your wellbeing. It's time to forgive now. It's time to forgive those that have hurt you or caused you any pain. This does not mean that what they did was right or okay in any way. But holding onto that anger or resentfulness doesn't affect them at all. Holding onto that pain only affects you. It affects you and you alone. Holding onto that pain does not serve you. Holding onto that pain is blocking your own happiness and you deserve happiness. Now make the decision right now. Do you want to continue your life holding onto feelings that are blocking your joy or do you want to let go of them so that you can let the happiness in? I'll be silent for a moment whilst you make your decision. Now dearest one, Let the water in the hot tub wash over you as you forgive and let them go. Forgive and let them go. Let that forgiveness wash over your body, Wash over your mind. Forgive and let go now. Now forgive yourself for allowing them to hurt you and make a promise to yourself that you will never allow anyone to hurt you again. Choose forgiveness. Choose happiness. You are worthy. You are more than enough. Now even though that may have been difficult for you, You feel replenished as you step out of the tub and dry yourself with a fluffy white towel that's hanging on the wall and you feel an instant sense of comfort as you're wrapped in this comfortable fluffy towel. As you hang the towel back up, You notice a hidden door to the side of the room, A secret door. It simply looks like part of the wall. It blends in with the wall and the only reason that you can see it is because there's a glowing red light around it. You're unsure of what to do. You stand there waiting for your guide. She enters the room and stands by your side. She puts her hand on your shoulder and tells you that behind the glowing red door is your final room for today. It's time for you to start loving yourself. You know it's time. You are ready. You take one last look at your guide and she's smiling, Encouraging you. She's so self-confident, So beautiful and there's something familiar about her, But you can't quite put your finger on it. But you notice how she looks complete. You turn around and walk into that new secret room and as you step inside, You are filled with a sensation of love. It takes you a moment to realise that you are in a sauna room, Red walls and as you sit on the bench, You feel warm and comfortable. Warm and comfortable. You can feel the heat on your skin and as your body starts to sweat, Something magical happens. Your body is releasing all self-doubt, Feelings of unworthiness and all bad feelings you have towards yourself. And as all these bad feelings escape your body, You start to feel more beautiful, More and more. You don't quite understand why yet, But you enjoy it anyway. And as your body dispels these feelings in the sauna, You also notice that with every breath you are breathing in love, Love for yourself. You now take care of yourself, Nurture yourself. You do nice things for yourself, Which means you feel good about yourself more and more every day. And the better you treat yourself, The more goodness comes into your life. Because as you treat yourself well, You are telling the universe that you are valuable, You value yourself. So in return, The universe will provide you with more value. Now you understand why you feel more beautiful. It's because there's beauty inside you and out. It's because you are now treating yourself with respect and valuing yourself and loving yourself. There's so much goodness inside you. There's so much goodness inside you. You are amazing. There's a gentle knock on the door and your guide walks in. She's holding a box, A gift, A small box tied up with a very pretty ribbon. Again, You have this feeling of knowing who she is. You stand up before her and you look into her eyes, Into her soul and then realisation hits you. This is your future self. Your future self is here to guide you, To show you that everything is going to be okay. She brought you here today to teach you that you are worthy, That you are more than enough. A rush of love flows through your body now. You take the gift and open the box. Inside is a small envelope with your name on it. Now before you open this envelope, Your guide kisses your forehead, Smiles and leaves. And in this envelope is a message from her to you. I don't know what this message is, But open the envelope and read your short message. This is something that you need to hear. Now you put the box down and smile and notice the shower at the other side of the room. This is where you wash away any remaining traces of negativity, Hurt and bad feelings towards yourself. And as the water washes over your body, Cleansing and healing you fully and completely. You feel an overwhelming sense of bliss, Serenity, Peace and gratitude. You thank the universe for this wonderful gift you've received, Your healing spa session. You thank your guide, The future you, For guiding you through this journey today. From this very moment onwards, You see life through different eyes. From this moment on, You see the good in every situation, Knowing that there is always a solution. From now on, You realise that there is a lesson to be learnt in every experience we encounter, Whether good or bad. It's up to you to work out what the universe is trying to teach you. From this moment on, You see life through different eyes. Now I'm going to count from one to five. At the count of five, You'll be wide awake, Feeling completely refreshed and healed. One, Starting to come up now. Two, Feeling balanced, Feeling calm. Three, Becoming more aware of your surroundings now. Four, Almost there. Five, Open your eyes, Ready to see life through this new perspective.
