This is a short, soft-spoken Sleep Meditation practice to support you in falling asleep. Allow the conscious ripples of your breath to flow through your body, bringing you rest, relaxation & peace. Let your breath connect you to the spacious silence within you and in this place of rest, fall into a deep sleep. Use this practice before bed or in place of a short nap anytime. There are no closing words or sounds so you can drift into sleep during the meditation. Thanks for practicing & sleep well!

Good evening,

This is a sleep meditation to help you in falling asleep and support you in finding some rest.

Begin to set yourself up for your sleep and get comfortable in your bed.

Take any last movements that you need.

Allow yourself to settle and become still and begin to notice the natural rhythm of your breath,

Each breath a little softer,

A little slower.

You can imagine each breath creating a gentle ripple in your body just like you were a body of water.

Imagine with each breath you take,

These ripples become more subtle,

More spaced out.

As you sense the natural rhythm of your breath,

You can also notice the sacred pause that lives in between each breath.

Now imagine each breath creating a gentle ripple through each part of your body,

Beginning at the top of your head,

The ripples going from the top of your head,

Down your face,

Down your neck,

To your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Through your wrist joints,

Feeling the palms of your hands,

Gentle ripples of energy in the tips of your fingers,

Ripples from your fingers to your heart,

Breathing in your heart space.

Sense the ripples of energy around you,

Creating a connection from the outward world to your inward world,

Gentle movement below in your ribcage,

This natural flow of life,

From the space inside of your belly,

Your back body settling with each breath,

A connection to the earth beneath you and an inner sense of groundedness,

And these ripples of soft presence and breath move down your legs,

Washing away tension,

All the way down to your toes,

Softness in the soles of your feet,

A gentle connection as you begin to feel every part of your body as one,

And how your breath connects each part of your presence,

Each part of your awareness.

Breath by breath,

You let yourself sink into softness and relaxation,

Letting go,

Let these ripples of softness and relaxation spread through your whole body,

Let these ripples spread through your whole awareness,

Penetrating into the depths of your consciousness,

Cultivating a sense of inner peace and inner quiet,

Gently letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go.
