Natalie Moon is a trained yoga & teacher, musician and registered counsellor (MPCC Provisional). She offers Yoga Nidra as well as offers similar practices like body scans, visualizations & meditations to support sleep, nourish the body with rest and soothe the nervous system. She has taken teacher trainings around the world in India, Nicaragua, Montreal & Vancouver. She offers Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative & Yoga Nidra & breathwork and meditation. What to expect.... Natalie's intention is to guide people into their own body to experience relaxation, nervous system regulation, presence, grounding and a deeper connection to self & intuition. She curates her offerings to be slow & grounding, plays calming background music as well as offers silent moments to gently guide listeners into their own unique inner experience. Knowing that yogic traditional practices are sacred, Natalie strives to offer teachings that honor the traditions, philosophy and the ancient wisdom of yoga. This was a nice treat to have as I was shifting from full awakness & productivity on a late night 🌙 and transitioning to seek a restful sleep. My eye mask and this audible journey knocked me out in no time 😴 the last thing I can remember was focusing on the crown of my head 🙃 😁 which I don't think is far along from the beginning 😅 I look forward to coming back to this 💕✨️

I woke up refreshed after 5 hours of sleep, though I knew my body needed more. So I put this body scan along with my eye mask, and I remember starting to drift back to sleep while we were still on the right side scan. I didn't even make it to the left side scan. Thank you so much Natalie Moon for helping myself, and many other humans, have a restful and peaceful sleep ✨️🤍🕊🫧🌹

TY Natalie, this was wonderful. It was so helpful to my nerves. With husband at hospital today he had major surgery and we started before dawn this morning. Been a very stressful day and it’s not over. I was looking for a yoga Nidra and thankfully picked yours from my search. I followed you and will start playlist for yoga Nidra. Very calming voice and music, 2 in 1. Will be listening to more of you. Been on IT over 10 years, before lives and videos, faithful subscriber and loyal follower.
