Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Whatever that is for you,
Either seated or lying down.
And go ahead and close your eyes when you get there.
Just begin to let go of any tension in your body.
Relaxing your shoulders,
Allowing them to drop down and back.
Relaxing your jaw and allowing it to unhinge.
Letting your tongue drop from the roof of your mouth.
And taking this moment to release any tension you might find elsewhere in your body.
Now beginning to take notice of your breath.
Relaxing each inhale and each exhale.
Feeling the cool air gently move in and out.
Letting your chest expand with each inhale and soften with each exhale.
Taking some time here to just watch the circular motion of your breath.
See your breath flowing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Every breath gives us a chance to begin again.
Every inhale is a new beginning and every exhale a chance to let go and release.
Using the energy of the new moon,
We release the old and welcome in the new.
It's time now to release and let go of what no longer serves you.
Ask yourself,
Accepting the first answer that comes to you.
What fears or anxieties or worries am I willing to let go of and release?
When you become aware of what that is that you need to release,
I want you to take a breath in and say within your mind,
I release and what that anxiety or worry or fear is that you can breathe out and let that worry,
Fear,
Anxiety leave your body with your breath.
Continue following this pattern of breath.
I release,
Breathing out,
Letting it go.
Consciously letting it go with each exhale,
Shedding what no longer serves you.
Taking a few more moments here to fully release,
Using this moment to leave whatever is behind in this room today.
Having let go and released what no longer serves you.
You may notice your body feeling lighter and more free.
Having made more space within to welcome in the new,
To welcome in what does serve you and what is for your best and highest good.
Realizing that any moment is the time to begin anew.
It doesn't have to be the beginning of the year.
It doesn't have to be the beginning of the month or even the start of a new day.
Every breath brings with us the choice to begin anew right now.
So consciously acknowledging that gift of newness,
Our breath grants us and choosing to step into the power we have to accept and welcome new life and new beginnings in this moment here and now.
Choosing this moment now to say yes to the new.
Saying yes to new patterns and beliefs that serve you.
Saying yes to surrounding yourself with people who support you.
Saying yes to abundance and prosperity.
Saying yes to infinite opportunities and synchronicities.
And saying yes to the ultimate best you.
It's now time to welcome in the new and plant the seeds of intention.
Ask yourself,
Accepting the first answer that comes to you.
What dreams or desires do I wish to see unfold in my life?
Now,
Using your breath again,
With each inhale,
Breathe in that desire and welcome it.
Each breath inhaling possibility and excitement.
Using it,
Invigorate and energize your body with this dream.
Imagine what your life would look like if this desire or wish was already true.
Allow your mind to visualize and wonder what your life would look like.
See it like a movie playing out in your mind.
What sort of things would you see,
Hear or feel?
Seeing everything working in your favor.
Seeing this new beginning take hold in your life and bring you the joy that you desire.
And more importantly,
That you deserve.
See this image big and bright and full of color in your mind.
Maybe even stepping into the picture.
Fully immersing yourself in it as if you were living it right now.
Feel the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
Feel it in every inch of your body.
And feel it radiating beyond your body and into the space around you.
Sharing this image and vision from your inner world into your outer world as our session comes to an end.
Holding on to that feeling within you.
Knowing and trusting that it will be.
Taking a second here to place your hands on your heart.

What is,
And what will be.
Feeling grateful for any guidance that came during this meditation and any that will come after.
Grateful for yourself for showing up here today.
For being willing to evolve.
For welcoming the new and embracing this new moon energy.
Bring your attention now back to your surroundings and body.
