In oneness there is no collision.
Collision is created by diversity.
Diversity is life.
It is the engine of life.
Through its multiplication.
Self-replication.
But never actually the same.
And it is characteristic of life.
Its variety,
Its imperfection.
And therefore its beauty.
So when we are in conflict,
In collision with something different we are experiencing firsthand on ourselves The Attribute of Life.
Its inherent diversity.
Being in conflict or confrontation,
Is nothing but the evidence of being alive.
If we apply to this also the philosophy of life is a great mirror for a great oneness,
The oneness that is trying to explore itself,
To look back on itself,
And it needs to be shattered to do this.
God,
Universe,
The Spirit,
The Essence that unites us.
This pure light that is within us.
Is essentially the same.
But the packaging,
The experience is radically different and this is all In the effort,
Learn.
Contemplate and love.
Oneself the other oneself through the other the other through oneself so it is the big act of Love.
And here contemplation,
Seeking knowledge,
Seeking understanding,
Seeking being expressed is the same as seeking love and connection.
The act of study becomes the act of love.
And life.
Touches life.
Every touch creates pressure.
It can be tender and gentle and caring and pleasant,
It can be Humpful.
Destructive,
Oppressive.
It is all about the measure.
A little reading.
Measure of invasion.
From excitement.
To exploitation.
Measure.
Of contact.
From caress.
Combat.
Breathe it,
Live it.
Observe conflicts within yourself and around you.
And how some produce the fruit of truth through this act of loving study and contemplation.
Like when you're having A passionate discussion with your friend.
During long evening hours and you argue and you exchange opinions but you find this unifying truth that you can both share and this is the fruit and it feels so satisfying.
Another example of healthy confrontation is in a group when there are different opinions and different interests represented.
It's essentially how our societies ideally are designed to work.
Always calibrating,
Always seeking the balance between various diverse groups.
Whose interests are inevitably sometimes in confrontation.
But it is this confrontation and this discussion that,
In the end,
Aims to even out and unite the society and provide a fair environment for all of us often failing,
But this is the design.
The design of equality,
The design of community.
So how do we learn from this to see this alchemy?
Of conflict into peace.
Because we see so much devastating conflict around us.
So much conflict that does not yield any fruit but rotten one,
We see wars,
We see trauma,
Abuse,
How can this be the same as friendly and.
.
.
Diverse discussion.
As an open-minded experiment and quest for the ultimate answer?
How?
How are opposites?
In the essence the same.
Breathe this question,
Live this question.
It is essential.
It is the essence of life.
For all life.
Is drawn to light,
To the same universal light.
Even?
The life that at a given moment manifests in a harmful way in a dark way the shadow.
Is shadow drawn to light?
Shadow cannot be without light.
This we can know for sure.
Light and shadow weave the fabric of the universe.
And this is why they are essentially one.
It is so difficult for us while we are alive and we are humans.
To experience,
To agree with,
And it is not a call for tolerance of abuse and violence.
It is a call to understanding.
Of conflict.
The ultimate answer is born within you.
It cannot be verbalized because the Oneness of life,
Of light.
Cannot be just simply put into words and somewhere on this deep deep level You feel it.
In the air,
There is no conflict.
All shadows have been integrated.
And you shine the eternal light.
But the further we go from this innermost light the more we are engaged in our daily life,
In our human life,
As is right for us.
It is good for us.
But sometimes so confusing.
The more we lose this feeling of unity,
And also we collide with others,
And sometimes,
Again,
We are excited.
We feel the connection,
Every act of connection.
That we feel starts with a tiny crossing of our boundary.
Boundaries are also a part of the conversation about conflict.
Conflict arises when we cross a boundary that we knew or we didn't know about.
And so it can be purposeful violence or oppression,
Purposeful pressure,
That we see a boundary and we apply pressure on it or try to penetrate it.
Or it is an unaware crossing of a boundary that We have not seen it there,
We stumbled upon it.
That's how triggering works.
That's also how passive aggressivity can work,
Where you know that there is some boundary there.
Some sensitivity and you still touch it.
Yeah,
And often you can innocently trigger someone,
Then it was not an act of aggression,
Even if it may be perceived like one.
Especially when you are often in the same contact with the same person,
Going over the same scenario,
Showing up so often on the border of this and that topic that is sensitive,
And one day you cross it,
Intentionally another day you may just stumble.
Innocently another day you may Lured there by your shadow.
There are so many ways to cross someone's boundary.
Apply pressure,
Touch,
Try to walk through it.
But why do we try to walk through someone's boundary?
Are we trying to expand ourselves and dominate and kind of consume the other?
Or are we trying to reach them?
To be one with them?
Are we so convinced of our truth?
So eager.
Make it everyone's truth.
Because we are so convinced that it is THE truth.
That we don't see other truths.
Around us that we are deaf and blind to them.
And then we can stumble and stomp on many many boundaries.
Again,
Applying pressure.
Touching someone.
Our skin is our natural barrier.
Lovers caress.
Is touch pressure approaching someone's boundary.
You give consent or invitation with your voice,
With your behavior.
But if the body is there,
And only when a hand touches a hand,
Skin touches skin,
Actual contact is made on this physical level and the boundary is crossed.
It is a little invasion.
A little contact.
Why invasion why crossing because our skins get mixed with each other it is not intact tiny little particles leave our surface of the skin they are shed in the process we don't feel it we don't see it our neurons are excited.
We change with every touch.
Physically.
We are not the same.
By one tiny,
Teeny little.
.
.
Almost nano particle but we are altered.
And we welcome it.
We welcome it,
We may think this is because we gave consent,
This is because we agreed to it.
But so many times we are pleasantly surprised Someone you love.
Sneaks up to you from behind.
And wraps the hand around your head,
Closes your eyes,
Gives you a surprise.
How beautiful this can be!
Even if you haven't given consent and most of all our yearning to be understood.
Intuitively,
Empathetically.
Our yearning for the other person to see us as we are.
Even when we don't give an explanation.
This yearning for unity,
This yearning for their not to be killed.
And need.
For consent,
For permission.
For explanation,
For excuse,
Because everything is aligned and everything is flowing so well,
So freely,
So happily So when we notice conflict,
A trigger,
We are challenged with how to respond,
And if we remember that an underlying effort there might Doesn't have to be,
But might be.
The one towards unity.
Or even How can I know?
How can anyone know but even the most vicious and unhuman people?
Manifestations of of invasive,
Conflicting,
Pressuring behaviors,
They may be in some kind of twisted way deep inside,
Still a cry for love.
It is not our job to satisfy this?
It is not our job,
It is not our responsibility because at the same time there is our own expression within ourselves,
Our own life force that we are first and foremost responsible for.
For keeping it healthy.
For keeping it safe.
And for challenging it reasonably.
Challenging it enough to stay alive?
To stay connected with the world,
To step outside of the comfort zone,
But not to get abused.
And this is also an invitation when you set this boundary,
When you hold it firm,
When you.
.
.
Let the other know that here is me.
The other is stopped by this behavior.
Hopefully,
If the boundary is strong enough.
But this is not an act of blind violence,
Answering another violence.
Just stating your boundary,
Not when you start counter-attack,
Fighting back.
Just reminding,
Here is the line that you do not cross,
Because Beyond this line there is a me.
This is an invitation,
A chance for the other to see you and therefore see themselves.
Then this is why conflict is essential for peace.
Peace is not absence of triggers.
Absence of crossed boundaries peace is the feeling of harmony and unity that we can,
With difficulties and rarely achieve,
While being alive because we are so diverse.
But it is also the understanding of the fact that Within diversity,
Somewhere deep down,
There is the unity.
And when you come to this understanding,
When you come to acceptance,
Of your differences.
Not as something to just merely tolerate,
But something that actually represents that effort,
Of oneness to be known to itself.
The effort of loving study,
Exploration,
Contemplation.
When you recognize this,
You may feel the peace.
And you cannot recognize it without seeing the differences.
And on some level,
Any difference?
Is a form of confrontation and conflict.
Again,
It is just about the measure and It is and it will always be the most difficult thing in life.
To understand the correct measure.
One relief to offer here is that we are not meant to be perfect and to have that perfect understanding.
We are meant to live this process,
To react,
And our reactions,
They can be bettered through practices of mindfulness,
Of loving contemplation.
Self-awareness through the support to our own resource,
To become stronger and more generous to others to give them space to explore their energy.
While not being harmed ourselves.
All these things we can do.
But we will never get a mathematical formula to calculate to what extent it is correct to trigger someone,
To provoke someone,
To touch someone,
To put a pressure,
And to what extent it is correct to react.
So these will always be left to intuition.
And Instinct.
Our job here is not So much seeking this kind of external agreement.
This is of course important,
But it is only the second level,
The outer level.
The inner work here is to calibrate your own intuition and even go as deep down as to your instinct and calibrate your being towards more love and compassion and resource and strength.
These things you can do anytime.
You can fail and try again because this is the essence of the work.
Thank you and lots of peace to you.
