Hello bright lights!
Welcome to this sacred journey where we will connect with the wise and loving energy of star being guides.
These celestial beings are here to assist us with our ascension,
Evolution,
And deeper understanding of the cosmos.
These can be whoever you want them to be,
But they are other beings out there in the stars,
In the galaxies that we can connect with.
And we set our intention now to work with benevolent beings who work with the light and who will help us to understand even more about who we are and who they are.
Let's embark on this journey together.
Start off by finding a comfortable position either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in.
Holding it in for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth.
And another deep breath in through your nose.
With each breath allow yourself to relax more deeply any tension or heaviness from your body.
And take another deep breath in feeling your chest expand.
And as you exhale imagine all worries or distractions melting away.
One more deep breath in.
And this time as you exhale picture yourself surrounded by a soft shimmering light.
A protective and loving cocoon.
Now bring your attention to the top of your head.
Visualize this area opening up like a lotus flower allowing the stream of pure radiant cosmic light to flow down from the stars above.
Just feel what that could be like for this outpouring of light from the stars.
This light is the connection to your star being guides and friends.
A high frequency energy that feels warm loving and expansive.
As the light flows down through your head imagine it a stagnant energy and aligning you with the vibration of the cosmos.
And as this happens you may get sensations of galaxies,
Of the milky way,
Of planets and stars.
All of this energy now connecting in with your beautiful physical body helping to open the channel for you to experience even more of this incredible vibration.
Or you could feel this but notice yourself standing in a vast open sky.
The stars above and the planets shine.
You feel drawn now to one reaching out to you creating a pathway of energy.
This pathway now feeling yourself gently lifted and carried toward the star.
You are seeing a shimmering portal turning clockwise.
Step through this portal and find yourself in a serene otherworldly landscape.
A place of beauty and peace where the air hums with a harmonious energy.
Maybe different colors than you're used to.
There may be a different feeling a high vibration feeling that I got to say hello and to invite their energy to blend with yours.
Assist you with for your ascension and evolution.
Be open to receiving their guidance in whatever form.
Deep knowing.
