Welcome to your Releasing the Fear of Judgment EFT Topping meditation.
During this meditation,
We're going to be releasing the fear that we carry around others judging us and judging the things that we do in our lives or the things that we want to do.
Sometimes this fear may stop us from doing those things and we want to release that and we want to stop carrying that fear with us and we want to just do what is truly in our hearts and souls and not worry about the outside and others and what they may think.
Right now,
I want you to just think about how much you carry fear around others judging you,
Maybe in one specific instance or just in general in your life and grade that on a scale from one through ten,
Ten being the strongest.
During this session,
I'm going to tell you where to tap so you can go ahead and just get comfortable however works best for you,
Close your eyes or open them,
Just however makes you feel most comfortable.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
I know sometimes I don't do things I want to do based on the fear that I carry around people judging me but I love and accept myself anyway.
I know sometimes I let judgment from others get to me but I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I hear judgment or acknowledge that it may happen and I don't let it affect me and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow all of the stress.
Side eye all of the anxiety.
Under eye all of the heaviness.
Under nose I want to release that.
Under mouth I want to release the worry that I carry of others judging me.

I don't like to worry about others and their judgment.
Under your armpit but sometimes I feel like I can't help it.
Top of the head.
Sometimes it seems like that's the only thing that I worry about.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I know that others judging me is a part of life.
Side eye but sometimes I feel like worrying about it is so consuming to me.
Under eye.
I worry too much about what other people might think.
Under nose and I want to release that.
Under mouth.
I want to release all of this heavy energy around worrying about others and what they may think of me.

I don't want others judging me to stop me from doing what I want in my life.
Under your armpit.
I know judgment is just a part of life.
Top of the head.
I don't want to be so affected by the judgment of others or thinking that someone's going to judge me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow What if I didn't care about what others had to say?
Side eye.
What if I could just look the other way if people decided to judge me?
Under eye.
What if I no longer made decisions about what others might say?
Under eye.
What if I no longer made decisions based on the fear of what others might say?
Under nose.
What if I just did what I wanted?
Under mouth.
What if I just didn't care?
Collarbone What if I just believed my opinion was the only opinion that mattered?
Under your armpit.
I am the only one that has to live with what I do with my life.
Top of the head.
What if I knew that judgment from others didn't have to mean anything to me?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I no longer fear the judgment of others.
Side eye.
What if I only listened to myself?
Under eye.
I know sometimes people might judge me because I do things they are afraid of doing.
Under nose.
I'm no longer here for that and taking on that kind of energy.
Under mouth.
I am not here to take on the insecurities of others.
Collarbone I am here to follow my heart and my soul.
Under your armpit.
I am here to do the things I truly want to do in this life.
Top of the head.
And I'm not here to worry about what others might say.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I fully and completely trust myself.
Side eye.
I trust that I'm going to make the right decision with what I want to do in my life.
Under eye.
I don't worry about what others might say.
Under nose.
Or what others do say.
Under mouth.
That is no concern to me.
Collarbone I am not running my life based on the judgment of others.
Under your armpit.
I only answer to me.
Top of the head.
I feel so good when I just live for me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I no longer fear the judgment of others.
Side eye.
I know that if they love me they will respect my choices.
Under eye.
And if they don't then there is no reason for me to worry about what they might say.
Under nose.
I trust myself and my decisions.
Under mouth.
I know I'm always moving in the right direction.
Collarbone As long as I listen to my heart and soul I know I'm on the right path.
Under your armpit.
I never let the fear of judgment get in the way of that.

I know I'm always moving in the right direction.

And right now you can go ahead and regrade yourself on the issue that you graded at the beginning of this meditation.
And hopefully your number went down.
Or at least hopefully you feel some amount of release and you feel like there's less energy around the issue that you originally started with.
And I hope that you can go forward with your day a little lighter and a little less afraid of what other people might say.
