So how we go about today is that for those of you who haven't joined me before,
We do about 30 minutes together and we always start with a little drop in,
A little meditation.
After that we'll go through some teaching points and we will talk about how to step into your next level leader.
So I'm going to give you some steps about how to do that and then if we've got time at the end we have a little bit of a Q&A.
Let's start with our grounding exercise,
Stepping into your next level leader.
So if it's safe for you to do so please shut down your eyes,
Get comfortable,
Uncross your legs,
Allow your hands to rest in your lap and with your eyes closed start to tune into your breath.
Just notice the quality of your breath and by quality I mean the length,
I mean the depth,
Maybe even things like the smoothness of your breath.
Does it catch in certain places or is it nicely smoothly flowing in and out?
We always start with the breath,
The breath connects us to now and brings us into the present moment.
So as you concentrate on your breath know that your energy and your attention are coming back to right here,
Right now,
Bringing all of you to this moment,
Letting any thoughts about the future or about the past,
Letting them rest for now and bringing all of you here through the breath.
Now if you wish to you may want to deepen the breath and lengthen the time of which it takes you to breathe in and breathe out.
And notice as you lengthen the breath,
As you bring your attention more to the breath,
How your body naturally relaxes and we can consciously relax the body as well,
As you breathe in creating space and as you breathe out letting go of tension,
Any tension in the body,
Any stress being held physically on the out breath,
Letting it go.
And perhaps now you're feeling more present and perhaps this presence is the kind of leader who you wish to be every single day,
A leader who is present fully,
Mentally,
Spiritually,
Energetically and physically.
And now bring your attention to the middle of your forehead,
Between the eyes,
The soft spot between your brows and here is where we can vision,
Where we can imagine our futures and ourselves and where we can connect to this next level leader,
The leader who we need to become in order to create the big bold dreams that we have for ourselves and for our workplaces and perhaps for the world.
Breathing into the space between the brows and I want you to imagine that in this space there is a cinema,
A movie screen if you like and I want you to imagine that you see yourself projected upon this movie screen and this version of you is the leader you need to become,
The future you,
The next level you.
And as you see this vision,
Just notice how they hold themselves,
Notice how they speak,
Notice the smile upon their face,
The quiet confidence,
The authority,
The compassion,
The kindness,
The values of which you lead with are emanating through this vision of you.
And now imagine that you are walking towards the screen and you now meld into that vision of you and I want you to feel yourself in this moment in your body becoming the next level leader,
Your next level leader.
How do you hold yourself?
How do you see the world?
How do you communicate with others?
How do you communicate with yourself?
How do you feel?
And allow your body to embody this vision of you.
And we invite every single cell in your body to recalibrate to this next level you,
This leader who you are becoming,
Who you are,
That can create the big bold dream that you have.
And let's just take three more deep breaths,
Cementing this next level you into every cell of your body using the breath.
Breathing it in and with the out-breath anchoring it into the physical body,
Into this timeline now.
And once you feel it in every cell of your body,
This upgrade perhaps,
Gently opening your eyes and coming back here,
Remaining in this next level version as you go about the rest of your day.
And maybe the rest of your day is with me.

Okay so let's get stuck into our talk today.
Firstly let's define who is your next level leader.
Your next level leader is,
As I've said before,
It's the person who you need to be to create what it is that you want to create.
I use the term big bold dream.
Okay so some people call that your mission,
I call it your big bold dream.
Why?
Because it has no limits,
It's not ego based,
It's big,
It's bold,
It pulls you into your greatness.
So your next level leader is the person that you need to become on a physical level,
I.
E.
Your skills.
On a mental level,
Your knowledge.
And on a energetic or spiritual level,
To achieve or to fulfill the big bold dream that you have,
Just for fun.
Maybe some of you would like to pop in your big bold dream into the comments.
When we share what it is that we want to create in the world,
It grows legs,
Because more attention is on it.
The more that there is attention on something,
The more likely it is to create.
So your next level leader is the person that you need to become to create your big bold dream.
So you decide what your next,
Who your next level leader is,
By referring to this dream that you have.
And I also have another term which I use,
Which is called mission in action,
Or MIA,
But not the mission,
Missing in action,
Mission in action.
Your mission in action,
Or your MIA,
Is the way that you create your big bold dream.
It's a top-down to-do list,
Right?
So in order to create the big thing that I have up here,
This big vision that I have,
This big bold dream,
I have to do this,
This,
This,
This,
This,
This,
This.
It's kind of like,
It's your strategy,
Right?
So how you decide who your next level leader is,
Is by referring to these two things,
Your big bold dream,
And your mission in action.
And some of the things that will come from that,
Is you'll discover,
When you really clearly know what your big bold dream is,
And how you're going to do that,
Your mission in action,
Is you'll discover things like,
What soft or hard skills do I need to fulfill this?
What knowledge gaps do I need to fulfill?
Who do I need to become,
In terms of maybe things like confidence,
Or self-belief?
Yeah,
Who do you need to be right now,
To fulfill your big bold dream,
And your mission in action?
Okay,
So teach leadership to companies,
And to identify the gaps in companies,
And help support people to gain depth with leadership.
Wonderful,
We're on the same path,
I love it!
Says,
Her big bold dream is to build my business,
A space for creative healing,
Owning my own power,
My own story,
And my own strength.
Wonderful!
Can you see that,
In that,
You already have,
You already have,
Some of the soft skills that you need to create.
You need to own your power,
You need to own your story,
And you need to own your strength.
Yeah,
And I could say with me,
Like to teach leadership,
What are the gaps,
Like your gaps,
What are your gaps,
In order for you to step into teaching leadership into companies,
Right?
Oh,
I love this!

You are the sort of person I love to work with,
Yeah,
Because you already know that you want to become a leader who is compassionate.
So again,
What do you need,
In terms of soft skills,
Hard skills,
Or maybe self-belief,
Or those kind of things?
What do you need to have,
Right now,
That can help you to create that?
Yeah,
My bold dream is to lead a movement that integrates faith,
Mental health,
And holistic wellness into my workplace and community space,
I touch,
Beautiful,
Where people feel valued,
Whole,
And empowered.
Oh my goodness,
What a wonderful big bold dream.
Again,
The same question,
And I think you're getting it now,
Are you?
Drop me hearts if you're getting it.
Every time we write down a big bold dream,
We become clearer of the gaps that we have.
So what we're doing is,
We're really identifying the gaps that we have in ourselves,
Right now,
That we need to fill,
In order to become the leader who can fulfill that dream.
Yeah,
Okay,
Let's do a few more,
Since we're on the roll.
Create an online business and personal development,
And be able to work anywhere in the world.
Amazing,
You can absolutely do that.
Again,
Decide what you need to work on right now.
Now,
We're going a little bit off topic,
But I will say this,
I talk about my big bold dream in my upcoming book,
The Conscious Leader,
Which is coming out later this year.
And in it,
I define this big bold dream as being something that makes you step into your biggest potential,
Right,
Into your biggest potential.
It scares you slightly,
And it forces you to change yourself from the inside out,
Right.
Sometimes if we create something that's very small for ourselves,
If we set the bar low,
Firstly,
That's coming from fear,
That's coming from the ego,
Right,
Because the ego is the one that feels fear.
So we create something small,
Because we're like,
Oh,
Well,
You want to make sure that we can achieve it,
Right.
But when we do that,
When we create something that is small,
We aren't forced to look at some of the deep work that we have to do,
In order to change ourselves to become the leader that we need to be to fulfill the thing that we need to fulfill,
Right.
But if we create bigger,
If we envision bigger,
Hence big bold dream,
We are forced to,
We can't get away with our own bullshit anymore,
Basically.
We can't half do the work that we're here to do.
We can't half work on ourselves,
Yeah.
We can't half change.
We have to fully go in,
And we go in,
We have to completely transform ourselves.
We have to step into the huge next level leader that we are,
That we already have capable within us,
In order to create the big bold dream that we have.
So for some of you,
Here's some advice.
If your big bold dream is not very big and not very bold,
Go bigger,
Because it will,
If anything,
It will elevate and make your self-development far more potent,
And far more powerful when you're going for something bigger,
Than if you go for something smaller.
And it makes you fundamentally change who you are in a good way,
In the right direction,
Because you cannot get away with maybe covering up some of the things you don't want to look at.
All right,
Let's move on.
So who is your next level leader?
It is the leader,
The version of you,
That can create the big bold vision that you have.
And how you decide who that is,
Is by referring to your big bold vision,
And your mission in action.
So you start to look at the gaps of who you need to be,
And who you are currently,
And you go,
Oh okay,
There are some things,
There's my personal development journey right there.
I need to do this,
This,
This,
This,
This,
In order to become the leader who actually can create what it is that I want to create.
So you noticed in the meditation that we did,
I was inviting you to embody that next level leader of you right now,
Into every cell of your body.
And I invited you to step out of that meditation,
As the next level leader that you are.
So when we start to get clear of our big bold dream,
And our mission in action,
And who it is that we need to be,
We can start doing that right now.
Okay,
So for example,
My big bold dream is to create more compassionate leaders in the world,
On a world stage right.
And so part of who I need to be of that,
Is that I need to be the model of someone who is compassionate.
If I'm going to talk about compassionate leadership,
Authentic leadership,
Conscious leadership,
Then I need to be doing that too.
So how can I live that now?
I can try my darndest right now,
To be the most compassionate version of me,
The most conscious version of me,
The most authentic and kind version of me right now.
Do you get it?
In essence,
Our big bold dream isn't something that we are reaching for,
And it's in the future,
It's actually something that we can anchor down into this very moment right now.
Because if I was to act that way,
I am on a smaller level already creating my big bold dream.
And when we start to think about the energetics of the universe,
We'll get a little bit woo-woo here,
When we start to think about this idea of like attracts like,
This is like saying to the universe,
This is what I want,
I am being the magnet of that,
Because look at how I'm showing up right now.
And what does the universe do when you are emitting a certain energy?
It matches it.
And so through me creating my big bold dream on a small personal level right now,
I am attracting my bigger vision to me quicker.
Let me have a look.
To create and feed environment that spreads beauty,
Love,
Compassion and joy in the greater part of the world,
To open hearts so that we evolve.
Oh,
I love all of this.
To do what I can to unstagnate us.
Yes,
I understand that.
And do this through common business practices.
Yes,
Absolutely.
I think we are all in the same room.
It sounds like most of us here.
We're here to bring what we have learned through our own spiritual and personal development into more common places,
Which may not talk about spirituality,
Which may only think of personal development as being like how to be more confident.
And we're here to kind of open that door and bring in more of what we need to see in the world.
So thank you for your work done.
Thank you for your dream.
Okay,
So we really just talked about the law of attraction,
Didn't we?
Being your next level leader now is attracting your big bold dream to be fulfilled quicker.
And as I said,
In fact,
It's here right now in a smaller sense when you're doing that.
So the more that you give energy to something,
The more that it's attracted to you.
And remember that you're also paying attention to that.
And the more that you pay attention to something,
The more energy goes towards that and the more that it creates.
Let me just recap what we chatted about today.
We talked about who your next level leader is.
We talked about how you decide who that is,
And that's by referring to your big bold dream and mission and action.
And we talked about being that leader right now is kick-starting the law of attraction or this energy of like attracts like in the world.
And it is you fulfilling your big bold dream on a smaller scale right now.
So I don't want to leave you with the idea of like,
My next level leader is this person in the future that I'm going to aim for.
No,
That person isn't in the future,
It's right here now.
You can do a lot of these things right here now.
Now arguably there are things like skills,
Hard skills that you'll need to learn,
But who you can be on say a values based or soft skills.
These things you can be right now.
And when we talk about big bold dream,
There's usually an energy that goes with that.
So a lot of you and the energy that I felt from your big bold dreams were ones of care,
Of love,
Of joy,
Happiness,
Compassion.
Whatever words that you use,
You'll feel that energy in the big bold dream that you have.
Be that person now.
Be the role model of that now.
And that is you already creating your big bold dream.

So this ties up nicely with this talk is that,
Yes we have this big bold dream,

And who it is that we are now attracts more of the same in the world.
So whatever that big bold dream is,
Find the energy,
Find the flavor of it and be that flavor now.
Okay so drop some questions if you have some now.
I also have some questions for you and I love to give these as just a little extra extra.
The first question is,
What is my next level leader like in everyday life?
How do they think,
Feel and behave?
See how this question is going to get you clear on who you could be right now.
Okay the next question that I have for you,
For you to journal and reflect on,
Is this.
How can I be that next level leader now and in what practical ways can I do that?
So we're really starting to say,
Instead of it being a fluffy practice that sort of just exists in your head maybe,
How can I action this?
How can I physically be this person now?
And the last question I have for you for a reflection or journaling prompt is,
How can I attune myself to notice my big bold dream being fulfilled right now?
And as a side question,
What practices could I have?
For example gratitude or journaling.
Now the reason I have this question is really about what we talked about at the very end.
The more you pay attention to something,
The more energy goes towards that and the more it creates.
So I want you to start to attune yourself to notice how your big bold dream is being created right now.
On micro levels perhaps or maybe on big levels.
Start to attune yourself to notice that.
So let's wrap that up for now.
