Welcome to the disconnect from fear meditation.
I will be your guide today Nikki Novo.
Let's go ahead and start by getting in a comfortable seated position that may be on a mat or a cushion or even a couch or a bed.
Just anywhere that allows you to sit up comfortably straight and feel comfortable for the next few minutes.
All right we're gonna start by taking three breaths in and out starting with our first breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Again inhale and exhale.
And our last inhale and exhale.
We're gonna set the intention that we allow ourselves to be in peace,
That we allow ourselves to feel safe and that we allow ourselves to carve this time out for ourselves.
Let's go ahead and start by allowing our body to relax,
Bringing our awareness to the top of your head and then down your eyes,
Your facial muscles,
Allowing the muscles in your cheeks and your mouth and in your chin to start relaxing,
Letting go of any tension or any stress that you may be holding there,
Bringing your awareness down to your neck,
Allowing that to be light,
Allowing that area to be soft and now bringing your awareness down to your shoulders.
We're going to take a deep breath in and when we do that you're gonna bring your shoulders up to your ears and then as you exhale drop those shoulders completely allowing them to relax and be light.
Bring your awareness down to your chest,
Just near your heart center,
Just allowing that area to be soft.
Notice how it may be protecting itself,
Notice how it might be ready to defend and just allowing it to be soft and in receiving mode and reminding it that it is safe.
Now bringing your awareness down to your stomach,
Notice if you're holding it tight.
Sometimes we like to hold tight here and know that in this moment it is safe to fully relax,
To let it all hang out.
Now bring your awareness to your hips,
Allowing them to be light and soft,
Allowing your bottom to be fully supported by whatever it is that you're sitting on,
Bringing your awareness to your thighs and your knees and allowing them to be relaxed and soft and finally just noticing any tension you may have in your toes and your feet and just letting them be relaxed and soft.
Alright,
Now I want you to bring your awareness to the room that you're in with your eyes closed,
Just imagining the space that you're sitting in and I want you to imagine that your spirit guide comes to sit next to you on the right,
I will be on your left and we're gonna take a little journey.
We're gonna pretend that we're flying outside of the room,
Kind of like Peter Pan,
So imagine yourself leaving the room that you're in,
Floating just above the building that you are in or the space that you're in.
Now notice that you're floating above your neighborhood,
Now notice that you're floating above your county and now you're floating just above your city,
Now you begin to go even higher above your state and now notice that you're flying above your country and as you go a little higher with your guide and me being there by your side,
Now you're floating above Earth and moving into space,
Flying through the galaxies,
Flying through all the planets,
All the stars and as you're floating you find this tunnel,
It's this beautiful white tunnel but you can tell that once you go in things are gonna go fast,
So you're gonna go through that tunnel with our support,
With us by your side and as you go through that tunnel the lights get really bright and then they get really dark and you're going really really fast through this tunnel and then you end up on the other side of that tunnel in complete blackness.
This is the emptiness of the universe that goes on forever and ever where we are nothing but just one big family with Source.
So notice how your guide is kind of floating you to the left,
There's these lots of different lights almost like a grid of lights floating you that way because your guide wants to show you the difference between fear and love,
That there are two sources in the universe,
One being love and one being fear.
So as you float notice that to the left are these different light sources but if you touch them they're all fear based.
It feels a little scary,
A little anxious,
A little fast,
Confusion,
Denial and just a lack of clarity.
Just notice what it feels like when you grab them,
When you touch them with your left hands,
With both your hands excuse me,
And being inside this consciousness of fear because we can actually step into all the lights just taking a minute to see what your body feels like.
Okay now your guide is going to pull you out and now bring you to the right.
This is another form of light and this is the source of love,
Allowing yourself to go fully into this bubble of light and allowing yourself to feel what it feels like to plug into love.
Notice the feeling in your mind and in your throat,
Your heart.
What does it feel like when you are plugged into love?
Okay now your guide is going to pull you out of love and you're going to exist in this neutral space between love and fear.
And now take a second to ask yourself a question that you have not been able to answer for yourself.
Something you're not completely sure about.
Okay now as you ask this question go ahead and plug into love.
Connect yourself back into that bubble of love and feel into what the answer is when you are plugged into love.
Okay now we're going to plug out of love,
Go back into that neutral space and with the same question in mind,
Lightly plug into fear.
Go into the bubble of fear with the intention of this question and see what you are receiving.
Notice what your body feels like,
Notice what's happening,
Notice the difference.
Okay we're going to go ahead and release from fear and going back into the neutral spot.
And now deciding to plug into love for all the things seems like a better place to be plugged into.
We're going to do that by bringing all that light source through the crown of your head,
Allowing that crown chakra to really open up and connect to love.
We're going to let this love energy clear your energy,
Clearing all the energy around you,
Clearing it inside of you.
It becomes this sparkly iridescent light.
Notice all the angels and guides that show up to help clean you,
Clear you from fear and as that happens fear begins to move further and further away from you.
Existing only in this bubble of love,
Releasing any dust of fear that may have stuck to you throughout the years,
Removing them from your head and from your third eye,
Removing from your throat and your heart,
Removing it through from your stomach and your hips and down the bottom of your thighs and your spine and your legs,
Just removing anything that is not love.
Knowing that it is safe to plug into love,
Knowing that it is safe to trust,
Knowing that it is safe to live without the struggle and confusion of fear.
All right they're gonna go ahead and wrap you in a love bubble,
Keeping you connected and keeping you filled up for wherever you go.
We're gonna go start to make our descent back from the place of darkness into that tunnel with lights and dark and fast speed,
Ending up on the other side around the planets and the galaxies and the stars,
Making our way down to earth,
Down to your country,
Down to your city,
Back into your neighborhood,
Going back into the room that you started in meditation,
Bringing your energy back into your body through the top of your head and your face,
Going down your shoulders and your chest,
Your hips and your legs,
Locking into the earth,
Feeling fully connected to your body,
Allowing your higher self to lead and love to lead through this body.
Now you're gonna start to feel your physical toes and your physical fingers,
Wiggling them around a little bit,
Acknowledging that you are back in your body,
Back in the space of the room that you were in and when you're ready go ahead and open your eyes.
