Hello.
In this guided meditation,
I'll gently walk you through a relaxation technique meant to allow any thoughts,
Dreams,
Or desires to bubble up to the surface of your conscious mind.
Before we begin,
I recommend grabbing some drawing and writing utensils to have handy when we return from the meditation.
I like to keep a journal,
Some blank paper,
Markers,
And crayons lying around.
Next,
Find a comfortable seated position,
Either in a chair or on the floor.
Find a place where you can be completely at ease but not fall asleep.
If at any time during the meditation you feel the need to adjust or change your position,
Feel free to make yourself more comfortable.

Now that you're situated in your comfortable position,
Let your legs and hips relax.
Let your arms relax at your sides and close your eyes.
Take three long deep breaths,
Exhaling with a sigh.
With each breath,
With each inhale and exhale,
Give yourself permission to find further relaxation,
Further stillness in the posture,
And further ease.
Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts,
Concerns,
Or worries you might be carrying.
Imagine there's a shining golden box at your feet and allow yourself to place all of your concerns in that warm radiating box for the duration of our meditation.
Feel the weight lifted off your shoulders and chest as you place these concerns aside for the time being.
Just enjoy for a moment how everything right now is peaceful.
You are still,
You're quiet,
And even if there are noises in your environment,
You can be quiet within.
All the tasks,
Goals,
And projects you can pick up after the meditation.
Right now,
There's nothing to do,
Nowhere to go.
Just being here right now in this moment.
Notice your breath.
Keep your awareness on your steady inhales and exhales.
Imagine you're standing in a meadow on the hillside,
The gentle slopes of the hills around you,
And above you is a beautiful crisp blue sky.
It's a lovely sunny day and you're going on a walk through a meadow.
You notice the details on the pathway,
Pebbles and stones,
Grass and moss,
All under your feet as you walk forwards.
You observe the trees along your path and notice in great detail what the trees,
Branches,
And even the leaves look like.
You feel very observant.
Every aspect of this meadow seems alive to you.
And it feels good to be walking along this path.
You feel content and joyful on this path.
As you walk along this meandering path,
You notice that there's a small bridge coming up ahead of you.
You walk towards the bridge and once you arrive at the bridge,
You see a trickling water below,
A small stream that's making the path.
You notice the water coming up ahead of you.
You notice a small stream that's making gurgling sounds.
You just stand there and watch the water as it flows below.
You know that this stream flows into a pond,
So you go off the path and start walking besides the stream,
Going downwards,
Going downhill.
And alongside the stream,
There's a tiny dirt path on which you walk parallel to the stream,
Watching how the water twists and turns around the rocks.
Beautiful,
Crisp,
Fresh water flowing down.
Soon you notice where the stream meets the pond.
You speed up your steps and find the spot to sit right at the edge of the pond.
The pond is still.
The water is completely still,
Reflecting the sky and the trees around.
This of course is a magical pond,
A pond that can show you the deepest desires of your heart.
So now you look at the pond,
At the surface of the water,
Crystal clear,
Reflecting the sky,
And you can see in great detail what your dream life looks like.
You take a deep breath and start reviewing all the aspects of your life.
On the surface of the pond,
You can see yourself and your healthy body.
You see yourself eating healthy,
Moving your body,
And taking good care of your health.
Imagine your body strong and powerful.
You visualize your serene and calm mind.
On the pond surface,
You can see how you're caring for your mental well-being,
Helping to develop your emotional resilience.
You feel your mind serene and at peace.
You see yourself with happy,
Healthy relationships,
Having deep,
Joyful moments with friends,
Family,
Colleagues,
And loved ones.
In the mirror that is the pond surface,
You see yourself connecting with all beings.
Your heart is open.
You feel loving acceptance for all of Earth's creatures.
You also see the various aspects of your career,
Of your business beautifully blossoming.
You see yourself committed,
Persevering,
And continuously making good and meaningful effort.
Your work life is in balance the way you like it,
And you are creating in order to help and serve people.
You feel clear as to who your customers are and how what you uniquely provide gives them exactly what they're looking for.
You feel pride and joy of what you've been aspiring to create.
You also see your finances and good health well taken care of,
Giving you the ability to take care of yourself,
Your loved ones,
And all the important things that you want to support.
You experience a life full of blessings and abundance.
And lastly,
You see yourself in a beautiful,
Cozy home filled with love,
Calm,
And peace.
You visualize all these different aspects of your life,
And you see them manifesting.
You see them coming into reality.
This is your dream life.
If you can see and feel it,
Then you can manifest it into reality.
You see yourself in a beautiful,
Cozy home,
And you see them coming into reality.
This is your dream life.
If you can see and feel it,
Then you can manifest it into reality.
Sink deeply into the feelings of what living this dream life could be like.
And now the surface of the pond changes and slowly reflects the sky and the trees again.
You take a deep breath and you make your way back to the path,
The path going along the stream,
Coming up to the bridge,
Walking across and back into the meadow.
You stand there in the meadow,
Looking all around you and taking one glance at the sky,
The big,
Blue,
Beautiful sky,
Allowing the images of your dream to linger in your mind's eye a little longer.
And gently return your awareness back to the room,
Back to where you are.
You can always visit this pond to reconnect with your dream life at any time.
And as we close this session,
Connect to the feelings that were conjured up while you were envisioning your dream life.
Connecting back to the emotions you experienced during the exercise will help you return to your heart center whenever you like.
Return your attention back to your breath,
Back to your steady breathing.
And with your eyes still closed,
Slowly begin to awaken your body.
Bring small,
Gentle movements to your fingers and toes.
Give yourself a full body stretch.
If you are resting on the ground,
Keep your eyes closed.
Slowly return to a comfortable,
Seated position,
Taking your time.
No need to rush.
And when you've returned to your comfortable seat,
Place your hands in your lap,
Returning your attention to your breath,
Your strong and steady breathing.
And then taking one last deep breath in,
Slowly open your eyes.
Welcome back.
