Hello and welcome to the EFT tapping video for being iconic.
So this video is for anyone who is looking to boost their boldness to improve their self-concept and just overall step into your audaciousness.
So this is going to be a really fun tapping video.
And when I say iconic,
You think about all of the legends who are iconic,
Like Michael Jackson,
And these amazing singers,
And these people who have done really,
Really great things.
It's like they've just really stood out from the crowd,
And people look at them like they are this complete icon.
And so when we start to look at ourselves and our self-concept and we start to put ourselves on a pedestal,
In our minds,
We may not think we're iconic,
But that is where we need to go.
That is where we need to be in order to really improve our confidence because we really are unique and special and we are all iconic and unique and beautiful and amazing in our own ways.
And so once you start to reprogram that belief system about yourself and that perception about yourself that you are iconic,
You are going to start to see that reflected in your 3D reality.
So on a scale of one to 10,
How iconic do you feel?
So be as honest as possible as you can.
One being the lowest that you feel iconic and 10 being,
I feel the most iconic.
Put yourself on that scale of one to 10.
There's no right or wrong.
And we will retest ourselves after this round.
And you can also do more rounds as well to really hammer in this belief system.
And you can do this at any time during the day and listen to this video whenever you want to really start to implement this new perception of yourself.
So we're going to start off with our opening statements where we're tapping on the side of the hand here.
So just as a refresher,
Tapping points are on top of the head.
Over top of the eyebrow,
On the side of the eye,
Under the eye,
Under the nose,
On the chin,
And on the chest.
I like to do on the collarbone up here.
And also under the arm.
So I'll be cueing you through this through the entire sequence,
So don't worry about remembering this at all.
Just tap and repeat after me.
So start by tapping on the side of your hand.
Repeat after me.
Even now.
I may not always see myself as iconic.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I sometimes feel like I am not enough.
I am open to believing.
That I am incredible and deserving of everything.
And I deeply and completely love and respect myself.
Last one,
Even though I might doubt my greatness.
I am open to seeing myself.
As the audacious,
Powerful.
An iconic person that I truly am.
And I deeply and completely love and respect myself.
Start by tapping on top of your head.
I may not always feel iconic.
In fact,
Most of my life I haven't felt iconic.
Over the eyebrow.
I always felt like bold people.
We're only allowed to be iconic.
But what if that wasn't true?
Side of the eye.
Sometimes I doubt my worth.
But deep down.
I know there's something special about me.
Under the eye.
I am open to seeing myself as incredible and iconic.
It is safe for me to be audacious and bold.
Under the nose.
I deserve everything that makes me feel iconic.
Every day is a great day to embrace my greatness.
Onto the chest.
So I am opening my mind to believing.
That I am iconic.
And I am starting to see evidence of this every day.
It is safe for me to stand out and shine.
Under the arm.
Maybe in the past,
I didn't feel safe to be seen.
But that is in the past.
And I get to choose how I view myself now.
Top of the head,
I am worthy of being seen and celebrated.
I believe in my power and my potential.
Over the eye.
I am an audacious force and I own it.
Side of the eye,
I believe that I am iconic.
I deserve to live a life that reflects my greatness.
Under the eye,
I am iconic and I fully step into that truth now.
And come back to the side of your hand.
I am iconic.
I believe in my greatness.
And I embrace it fully.
It's safe to be audacious.
It's safe to be bold.
And it's safe to be incredible every single day.
I deserve everything good.
And I welcome it into my life with open arms.
Release your hands down,
Close your eyes,
Take a big inhale in.
Exhale let it out Open your eyes.
Think of a rabbit hopping across the road wearing red pants and pink fingernails.
All right,
Now shake it out a little bit.
So that sounded really,
Really random,
But we're just rewiring the brain to create this new neurological connection.
So on a scale of one to 10,
I want you to test how iconic do you feel?
Maybe you're just a little bit or maybe a lot,
Or maybe you feel like things haven't budged that much and that's totally fine.
The more rounds that you do of this,
You're actually going to be rewiring those neurological connections in your brain to shift to this new belief system.
