Meditating gives me anxiety.

When my attention is constantly directed outwards.

When I live from stimulus to stimulus without pausing.

When I am willing to listen to the countless internal voices.

Meditating causes me more stress.

When I realize that I can't stay still for a few minutes.

When I look for serenity and can't find it anywhere.

When I show that the fundamental stress is what exists inside me.

Meditation causes me tension.

When I want absolute silence and observe that there is no,

There isn't.

When I realize that I have nothing under my control.

Thank you very much.

See you in the next Daily Pneuma.

Big hug in your heart.
