I am not enough.
When I practice meditation,
I feel my breathing.
I notice the sensations in my body.
I observe my thoughts.
Me,
My,
Mine.
When I practice meditation,
I make an appointment with myself,
A space and time to be within myself.
With me,
In me,
Myself.
One of the great paradoxes that I see in meditation is that I practice individually to live fully.
I practice with myself and in myself.
Then I integrate and take the practice into my life.
Cultivation of personal practice and from the practice emerge knowledge,
Experience,
Attributes that naturally interact and express in life.
Therefore,
I practice in groups so I associate and feel interrelationships in real time.
I promote the practice of meditation in groups,
In nature,
In movement,
Thus transcending the individual self of the practitioner into life.
I self-regulate.
We co-regulate.
I am not enough.
