The most important person in your life is you.
This is an affirmation that has already been conveyed to me by NLP teachers,
By coaching,
By yoga and meditation teachers,
By personal development influencers,
By spiritual guides,
By retreat counselors,
By psychologists,
By friends,
By family members.
The most important person in your life is you.
I heard,
First take care of yourself and then you can help others.
First,
Thank yourself for deciding to do this practice.
Applaud the most important person in your life,
The one who is sitting in your chair.
Well,
My friend,
In fact,
I absolutely cannot validate this perspective.
Personal responsibility,
Freedom of choice,
Individuality and originality,
Self-respect,
Self-love and self-knowledge are constantly linked to the intrinsic and natural calling to serve and to give back,
To help and to contribute,
To preserve,
To expand and even exemplify.
Exemplify.
When we truly recognize why we do what we do,
The exclusively umbilical motivation and impact falls to the ground.
The self that exists dissolves to become the self that is part of.
We went from categorizing living,
Sentient,
Inanimate beings and feeling elements,
Places and spaces to intimately integrating a single living and inseparable organism.
There is no longer separation between me and everything else.
Neither you or I exist without the whole.
This is evident,
Clear,
Objective.
The me is not the most important person in my life,
As the you is not the most important person in your life,
Simply because it cannot be defined or conceptualized in that way.
It's a fallacy that's born death.
Thank you,
My dear friend.
Please leave on the comments a word or a sentence that reflects this echo in you.
Big hug in your heart.
See you in the next Daily Pneuma.
Thank you.
