This presentation is a guided meditation where you get to spend time on a very colorful beach enjoying a divine communion with the cosmic ocean of love.

Comfortable spiritual experience.
Please enjoy.
Begin by dropping into your body with some really nice deep belly breaths.
Yeah.
Sending those messages of calm and peace to your body.
Everything is safe here.
Yeah.
Bringing yourself into a nice state of relaxation and comfort and begin turning on your imagination.
And begin to imagine that you are now arriving at a beautiful quiet beach.
You're the only one at this beach.
You're arriving just at twilight.
The sun is making beautiful colors in the sky,
It's just now setting.
And the sky is lit up with incredible color,
Orange,
Blues,
Maybe even a little stray green in there.
And the ocean in front of you is vast and very calm this evening.
The air temperature is so comfortable and warm.
You decide to sit where the lapping waves,
The waves can just touch your feet.
And you're enjoying all the colors,
Especially the sky reflected on this beautiful calm ocean in front of you.
Drinking in the salt air and dropping into your body even further.
Your heart naturally expands with this beautiful experience around you,
The air caressing your skin,
Your body feeling relaxed,
And the gentle lapping of the waves at your feet beginning to dig your feet into the sand a little bit.
And you decide to open your heart even further to this experience with the ocean in front of you and you send your love to the ocean.
And you are actually surprised that there is a response from this beautiful body of water and you feel an energetic hug coming from this beautiful body of water that is colored with all the colors of the sunset.
And this wonderful warm energy hug coming from the ocean washes over you and brings a smile of pleasure to your face because you recognize now that you are truly in communion with this natural setting.
You're in communion with this giant calm ocean,
This ocean of love in front of you.
And as you begin to send love and receive love,
Your breath naturally takes on a rhythm.
And as you exhale,
You notice that the ocean begins to play with you and recedes and pulls the water back as you exhale.
And as you inhale,
The water comes forward.
And so begin to notice and take pleasure in this divine interaction with this ocean of love in front of you.
As you breathe out,
The water recedes and pulls back and as you breathe in,
The water comes forward.
And it playfully comes forward a little bit more each time until now it is up on your calves and on your legs.
Warm comfortable temperature,
Making your skin glisten,
Adding a reflection of the sky colors on your own skin now.
As you wish,
And as you desire,
The water can come up further on your body.
And you may even decide to surrender and allow this ocean of love now to flow all around your body as you take your inhalation.
Continuing to interact with this body of water in and out,
You decide to invite the water into your body to play with its salt waters that the cleansing love salt water.
And you allow the water to soak into your body and begin to circulate around through your organs,
Through your cellular structures.
The neutralizing salt coming from this ocean of love connects with the busyness of the day and begins to neutralize.
And as you exhale and the water recedes,
The salty waters pull this energy out of you that no longer serves you,
Energy that is ready to let go and release.
You pull this energy of the love ocean into your body and you know exactly where it needs to go.
And it also has divine intelligence circulating in your body,
Pulling anything out that that you would like to release now,
Letting your body enjoy this cleansing of the salt waters.
And now you might start to notice that the water has an even deeper way of soaking in.
And now the water of this ocean of love,
Multicolored,
Can now soak in deeper into your soul level.
And again,
The intelligence of your soul communing with the intelligence of this cosmic ocean of love flowing into your soul and connecting with any places that have been needing some extra attention,
Some extra love,
Allowing the divine intelligence of this cosmic ocean water to cycle and circulate and bring to you exactly what your soul most needs this evening.
Allowing yourself to be full,
To fill up,
To fill up from beyond all the ages,
From all your past lives,
From all the patterns that you've been working to shift and change.
Allowing this nurturing cosmic ocean of love to flow along all of those little cracks and fissures and breaks to fill in,
To seal and to heal and to bring you ever more present.
Ever more present in your life and ever more present in the here and now moment.
Drinking in this precious divine love to every single place that could possibly be needed.
And now even allowing your soul to direct and guide this love energy along your future timeline,
Planning out and mapping your future with this bright blessing.
Your soul blueprint receiving this blessing,
This christening,
This activation and this celebration.
Connecting your soul with the divine joy,
The dance of joy of the universe.
Seeing yourself coming into a fullness,
A wholeness beyond anything you've already experienced,
Completely bringing you into a state of peace,
A wakefulness,
A joyfulness and a readiness.
The water continuing to move with your breath,
Pulling in deeper on your inhalation and relaxing and allowing you to integrate on your exhalation.
And now take about two more really nice deep breaths,
Pulling this wonderful rich divine cosmic love energy into your deepest,
Deepest soul.
And sending your gratitude back out into this ocean,
Smiling with the pleasure of this interaction and with this communion.
Once again,
Beginning to allow the waters to recede and knowing that you can always return back to this precious colorful beach with the sunset colors in the sky reflecting on the vast ocean that is moving.
This ocean of freedom,
This cosmic ocean of love.
Allowing yourself now to sit up and look at this ocean,
How precious it is,
How deep,
How intelligent the whole cosmos reflected here in front of you.
What a privilege it is to be here.
Taking this whole entire moment,
Everything surrounding you,
Everything in this experience with your cleansing and your filling and your communion with this divine ocean and bringing it all into your heart now.
Allowing a bright beam of gratitude and love to connect it directly into this infinite cosmic ocean of love.
And with this wonderful connection in place,
Begin to stand up from the beach now and to walk back into your body in the space where you're sitting in meditation.
Take a sip of water if you have one nearby or pat yourself down and bring yourself all the way back.
